We love this place but they are struggling with help, never the same employees. We usually get three or four coffees and they try hard but always seem to get something wrong, coffee to week, wrong coffee all together, sometimes way to strong. We can't taste everyone's drink. We are hopeful it will get better soon. We would still recommend giving them a try, just taste it before you leave 😉
On January 18th, 2024 @ 2:30pm i went through the drive thru and ordered a hot Vt caramel macchiato coffee and i got halfway to work when i took my first sip of my coffee and immediately something tasted bad like spoiled bad. I tried calling them four times to complain about my drink and to see if they would remake it but no one picked up the phone at all. Im beyond livid about my coffee!

My go to Starbucks, love each and every one of the staff! They make my mornings easier, even better when they know your face and you don’t even have to give a name for your mobile pick up. Awesome customer service, love my neighborhood Starbucks!
I didn't give them one star only because the drive thru is fast and efficient, but I went into the the store to order and I waited over 10 minutes before they even started to make my order. When I put my order in it was almost 10 minutes before my order came out of their order machine and then they started to complete my order. I was about to walk to the counter and ask for a refund when the barista told me she just got my order. This has to be the worse customer service I have received in a long time. Its sad to say I get better service at Walmart.
Fast fast fast drivethru even with hot breakfast and coffee orders. We were in line and out in 10 minutes with hot food that had near cartoonish lifting aroma and tasted nearly as good. It is still just a store chain, but the service was excellent and friendly. As far as Starbucks goes though its a pleasant stop, if not a little bit smaller than some. The location is a little rough to access, but otherwise was a great spot to visit.
I loved how the sweeter than even THIS latte made my personal drink called “Diabetes In a Cup” as I call my my take of the Iced Caramel Latte. I call it that for a goofy jape, but also as a warning that THIS particular latte is NOT for everyday, but more so a once in a while treat. It is a Carmel Latte, with the Caramel Liquid flavor, drizzle on the bottom, twirled around sides, and on top my whip”. The drizzle is much like the Caramel drizzle is much like Hershey syrup for milk. When the cold coffee and ice sit with it, the caramel turns into like soft candy that comes easily through the straw with your latte. A lot of Baristas said they tried it after making it for me and loved it.
Dear Manager I took time that I really did not have to stop at your Starbucks location. I wanted my beverage to be the start of a wonderful day. Instead I received sub par service. My drink was never announced and when I did receive it. the drink it was not made correctly. The cup was messy and My Carmel Crunch Frappe did not have any drizzle and it was not sweet. This was the tone set for my day. Time lost and a beverage I COULD NOT ENJOY!!!
"I was waiting for my drinks when a group of 8 people were sitting and having conversations. Naturally, they laughed some and were having fun. Then, one of the employees, a female staff member, told them to be quiet. She claimed the beach had too much noise and she could hear them. I was so angry because they were fine, and the employee only wanted to be mean and rude. It felt like a racist attack since the people at the table were all Koreans. I was about to leave and ask for my money back. I come 3 or 4 times a week to this coffee from now on no anymore.
Staff is really cool but this location sucks. I tried to go through drive thru it was out in the street you go around the parking lot you have to go back on San Jose. To avoid that you park and walk which is very dangerous. It's just bad all around.
