This is my all time favorite Starbucks! I have been coming here for many years and it's one of the very few that has maintained the way Starbucks used to do things in the past. Unfortunately they recently removed the comfortable chairs which is a shame , but the service and baristas are still the best.
Morgan was absolutely amazinggggg she helped me create a new drink for me considering I get the same thing everytime ! She was beyond kind and was so sweet you don’t find this kind of service at any other place will forever be coming to this location !
If you aren't exceptionally happy with this amazing team that can be clearly seen working together like a well oiled machine filled with laughter, smiles, and love all balled up in pursuit to deliver the perfect coffee, cafe' latte, wrap, or many other delicious and tasty choices then you might not be at the right place, because this is where you come for proof that the lost art if customer service exists! From the excellent suggestions to the speed and usual perfection this Starbucks hits the highest of possible stars, though if I had my choice they would receive a much higher amount than the 5 stars I can give. Personalities that cause a smile and fill your cup with joy is one of the best ways to enjoy your day and these wonderful baristas deliver! With a drive- thru that is always moving and a comfortable seating area inside and out you can start your day with a smile when you come here! Thank you for your smiles , your laughter, and the way you show how strong work ethic and teamwork is fun and that happiness in the workplace still exists!
I truly love this Starbucks. It makes my day I’ve had a hard time this year with a lot of things. I’m a single mom and I work down the road from this place. Everyone is full of kindness. They remember your name they remember your order. Remember the time apparently when you come in There truly amazing here they take the time to give you a smile even though it’s super early in the morning and a lot of us are tired and grouchy. This location is always amazing for a really really long time but in the last couple months it’s been pretty extraordinary so I wanna say thank you to everybody who works here. Remember my coffee and my . Name because believe it or not you really do make a difference in some of our lives
I waited 20 minutes for a latte because they are giving priority to all the people in drive-through instead of all the people waiting inside. If you’re not going to serve the people inside in a timely manner lock the door.
Ordered a Decaf Peppermint Mocha at 8:30 I had to leave at 8:48 because my bus was leaving in 2 minutes. Never got my coffee. So I ended up donating There $$$ to Starbucks?!?! A woman was next to me, had been waiting longer than me for.her order. If I was told that (even with 5 ppl working) this was going to be longer than 15 minutes it would've been better and more honest. There was a line of people waiting inside, and of course a line in drive thru. Can someone please contact me to resolve this?

Attendant at the window on Monday had the best customer service skills I've seen in a long time...
I get that it's a Saturday morning and it can get busy but those of us who walk in also deserve timely service. It seems their focus is more on the drive thru than those waiting inside. Placed my order at 920a started posting this at 940 and still no call that my drinks are ready. Yet the drive thru has cleared itself more than 3 times as I have been monitoring it. 25+ mins for 3 drinks is ridiculous. Hope this was just a fluke and not the norm for this location. Oh, and maybe have one of the baristas check on the folks waiting on the floor instead of just keeping their heads down.
The best Starbucks in Jax! The Staffs are very nice and professional. I always get my mocha crumble cookie so perfect!
