No wait everyone was super polite I ordered an extremely hard drink with my free points that would normally been like $12 but it was free! Probably a pain to make but they were very gracious about it!
I have always gotten one thing and one thing ONLY when I go to Starbucks and have NEVER been told what I was advised at this location. Young lady at intercom stated that my request for a Carmel Apple Spice was a specialty item and Seasonal. I was VERY perturbed, so much so that I Googled it just to ensure i wasnt mistaken. When i got to the window and made mention to the attendant that it is NOT seasonal and she had to go discuss it with someone else JUST to be told that they couldn't make it because they were out of Apple Juice. So, in a nutshell not ONLY did she inform me Incorrectly (as I knew), she didn't attempt to inquire whether my request was available. It took me bringing to her attention at the window and helped "shed" some light on a product that IS on the regualt menu. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION.
Sitting here enjoying a cup of coffee reading a book, and I am very happy for the lovely jazz music they have going on over the speakers. So pleasant! 😍 Thank-you very much. Starbucks should play jazz a little more often.
ALWAYS A PLEASURE GOING TO STARBUCKS. I FREQUENT THIS STARBUCKS MANY TIMES A WEEK. DRINKS ARE MADE PERFECT. VERY FLAVORFUL. BAKERY PRODUCTS FRESH & DELICIOUS. BREAKFAST SANDWICHES ARE OUTSTANDING. HARD WORKING TEAM MEMBERS. THAT KEEP THIS STARBUCKS. CLEAN AND THE CUSTOMERS HAPPY.
The service here itself is pretty good, the main issue with this place is the parking. They either need to relocate or staet an expansion in their parking lot. I don't feel like I should park in a parking lot that's over 20 feet from the shop. I wanna be able to get my mobile order immediately so I can beat traffic to work.

If you find yourself stopping in at this Starbucks, you can expect to be served great Starbucks Coffee by some wonderful people. This has been my regular Starbucks for ages and they have a lot of really great people working there. The kind of people that smile and give you a warm greeting to start your day off right, remember your regular drink order and take the time to chat with a talkative 5 year old about his day at school. This is our favorite pit stop for coffee and we regularly go out of the way to stop at this location because of the people that work here. Be kind to these baristas, we really like them! This location can get really busy and has a small-ish drive thru lane, but they fill orders and move cars through quickly. If the parking lot is full, there is always plenty of parking next door by Ace and Big Lots and there is sidewalk along the road, so it's an easy walk. Even when the parking is full, you can usually find a seat inside if you want to and stay a while. There are a couple larger groups of regulars that hang out here, but they are almost always sitting outside on either side of the building.
This review is only for this particular Starbucks and really it's not related to their coffee. This was a horrible choice for a location. The parking lot fills up fast and if it is, it's hard to get in and out. The entrance to the drive up is too close to the street and you could be blocking traffic if the drive up is full. Good coffee, bad location.
Always super friendly and always gets it right. Im addicted. Not just to the coffee, but to the friendly atmosphere!
I order a Caramel Frappuccino it was the worst Coffee it was only ice a caramel and the cup was sticky. I don’t recommend this store. My 7$ end up in the trash, what a waste of money.It was just today Friday 9/2 at 3:15 pm.
