Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. And horrible parking lot situation.
everytime i drive by they're closed due to operational issues and it says that theyre open. i tried to call ahead of time but the number doesn't even work.
I come here 20 mins before closing and they have the doors locked and won't open and won't even do the drive though... like girl...
There is great recommendations from the ladies that work here all of Megan's. Lately they have been rearranging employees. Not as fast or friendly to the regulars. You used to be able to get a free drink every once in awhile now they have tighten up.
I went through the drive through today and asked if they had almond milk CREAMER three times and she kept saying “yes we have almond milk” it’s not the same. So now I just spent $4 on a coffee I don’t like because the drive through lady wouldn’t slow down long enough to understand me. I get that the coffee world is fast paced. But just because you work at Starbucks doesn’t mean you know the difference between creamer, almond milk, and almond milk creamer.
Can't live without it. Coffee is great. Their food options are for everyone. Regular, vegan, vegetarian, lactose intolerant, or even health conscious customers. Food taste fresh and delicious, but I truly believe their food is not freshly mad it baked. Their Rewards program is pretty neat. Could be improved by less stars before getting rewarded or including monetary rewards, this would get more customers flyng in there. I love their pay option, call in order and pay ahead of time. Also you could pay through your mobile device, easy and convenient. Loving it!!!💔
We get there at 4:09 today. Drove a decent distance to go there because I wanted a cake pop. I walk in and am bummed because it looks like they are out of all the pastries behind the glass. I am now trying to find something on the menu that may replace what I am craving and finally decide to get a latte, though that's not what I wanted and didn't want my husband to feel bad or think we needed to go someplace else. I'm checking out and I say basically wow it looks like you guys ran out of the cake pops fast today. The young lady who is checking me out looks surprised and looks over at the glass then quickly says "well, we are closing at 5 today, so 'he' was just cleaning it out". I was a little surprised and thought to myself wow the day got away from me is it already 5? And I look at my phone and it is 4:14. Really? Putting away a consumer item/service nearly an hour before closing time? Not what I would expect from a Starbucks. On top of that, no asking what my name is and no notification when the drink was plopped down on the counter with no label or identification of what it was or who's it was is also not like Starbucks. Maybe they are on the decline.
I love this local Starbucks! The staff is always friendly and the coffee is consistently delicious. It's the perfect spot for a quick caffeine fix or to catch up with friends. Highly recommended!
So, it was around 10am and my sister and I decided to order something and hang out in Starbucks while waiting for our car to be cleaned next door. When I tell you, this is the worst Starbucks location ever! THIS IS THE WORST STARBUCKS EVER! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE TOO!!!! How hard is it to make a Iced Grande White chocolate mocha with an extra shot of expresso and whipped cream? They made it a hot drink- Shrugged it off told the Barista, I EVEN APOLOGIZED and told him it's supposed to be iced. He immediately changed it. After trying the 2nd drink- It was just to bitter... My sister and I looked at each other and just shook our heads. I didn't want to be "THAT PERSON" cause I am not that person but come on! I need to drink my coffee to start my day! Plus, if I don't say anything the ice coffee will just end up in the trash. So I once again went up the counter (mind you, I had a $10.00 bill ready for a tip cause I FELT BAD for being that person) I spoke to this girl who was rude about the whole situation, told the guy that was doing the drink... And when I tell you, THEY BOTH ROLLED THEIR EYES!!!! I tried calling the male barista's attention so I can hand him the tip, he turned his body with so much SASS ignoring me. And the girl who rolled her eyes took the damn tip and gave me the drink... I left and walked back to the car wash, and GIRL...... THE DRINK WAS SOOOOOO SWEET- LIKE DRINKING SUGAR :( LIKE I JUST WANT A DECENT DRINK :( BUT YEAH..... NEVAAAAAHHHHHHH going back. Thanks for reading my review. Hope it helps
What an AMAZING STARBUCKS! One of the best Starbucks in the 904 area. My personal favorite drink in the Winter Favorite, Peppermint Mocha. Always served with a smile. The only issue is there is sometimes a “wanderer” located around the area, but other than that it is the best Starbucks I have been to so far.
