I use to love this place! I'd jump up everyday in a great mood and head off for my morning coffee and then off to work. Then I'd stop by after work. After 10 years of doing this I could have bought my own business! Good people and great coffee!
⚠️ WARNING!! Price marked at drive thru is a lie. I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for over a decade - they are charging 30 cents higher than posted price and blaming it on holiday prices. They have never done this ever. Yes- usually holiday drinks are more expensive. But this was my routine drink I have gotten for 12 years up-charged without posting. Right there in form of me it say $5.45 and they are charging $5.75 !!
Coffee is good. I’m a Starbucks lover but this location can’t seem to read the different between hot and iced. So just order the opposite of what you want and MAYBE you’ll get it. I have ordered a hot latte and have gotten an Iced each time. Today there was no one in the drive thru , no one inside with 6 people behind the counter and it still took 13 minutes to get the wrong drink. Disappointment is real.
everytime i drive by they're closed due to operational issues and it says that theyre open. i tried to call ahead of time but the number doesn't even work.
I come here 20 mins before closing and they have the doors locked and won't open and won't even do the drive though... like girl...
There is great recommendations from the ladies that work here all of Megan's. Lately they have been rearranging employees. Not as fast or friendly to the regulars. You used to be able to get a free drink every once in awhile now they have tighten up.
I went through the drive through today and asked if they had almond milk CREAMER three times and she kept saying “yes we have almond milk” it’s not the same. So now I just spent $4 on a coffee I don’t like because the drive through lady wouldn’t slow down long enough to understand me. I get that the coffee world is fast paced. But just because you work at Starbucks doesn’t mean you know the difference between creamer, almond milk, and almond milk creamer.
Can't live without it. Coffee is great. Their food options are for everyone. Regular, vegan, vegetarian, lactose intolerant, or even health conscious customers. Food taste fresh and delicious, but I truly believe their food is not freshly mad it baked. Their Rewards program is pretty neat. Could be improved by less stars before getting rewarded or including monetary rewards, this would get more customers flyng in there. I love their pay option, call in order and pay ahead of time. Also you could pay through your mobile device, easy and convenient. Loving it!!!💔
We get there at 4:09 today. Drove a decent distance to go there because I wanted a cake pop. I walk in and am bummed because it looks like they are out of all the pastries behind the glass. I am now trying to find something on the menu that may replace what I am craving and finally decide to get a latte, though that's not what I wanted and didn't want my husband to feel bad or think we needed to go someplace else. I'm checking out and I say basically wow it looks like you guys ran out of the cake pops fast today. The young lady who is checking me out looks surprised and looks over at the glass then quickly says "well, we are closing at 5 today, so 'he' was just cleaning it out". I was a little surprised and thought to myself wow the day got away from me is it already 5? And I look at my phone and it is 4:14. Really? Putting away a consumer item/service nearly an hour before closing time? Not what I would expect from a Starbucks. On top of that, no asking what my name is and no notification when the drink was plopped down on the counter with no label or identification of what it was or who's it was is also not like Starbucks. Maybe they are on the decline.
Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. And horrible parking lot situation.
