I have gone to this location multiples time across a few years, because everyone has bad days, but this location across all instances has consistently prepared drink orders incorrectly (how do you mess up a cream slush three times in three different ways), added very little toppings to ice cream oders, mixed up food orders/missing portions of said order, and had extremely long wait times when only one other car was in the lot each instance. The workers are nice, but that does not make up that I prefer to drive 15 minutes north for more consistent quality and timeliness. No overhead music is very off putting for a carhop/Sonic location.
I ordered a Tropical smasher which doesn't come with onions as you can read in the description but apparently the workers do not there's onions all on this burger. This Sonic never seems to know how to follow directions even on their own recipes I'm sorry I tried this location again smh
Honestly, save your money and time and go to a different Sonic location. Literally any other one. This location is perpetually dead, but it still takes 15+ minutes to get in and out. The staff here are rude and dismissive. And you get the laziest assembled food I've ever seen. Today I attempted to get a chili cheese coney and got this abomination. There's another one in Riverside. Just do that.
The gentleman that took my order what's fast and accurate and helpful and friendly his name is Rich The person that brought out my food she was awesome her name tag said Felicia another employee come out with her and that woman was very friendly as well. We had $103 order it came out fast hot and good fresh I will definitely recommend coming to this location
Ordered a diet cherry limeade, small mozzarella stick and a corn dog. Drink did not have any fruit and was filled with ice (almost to the top). Mozzarella were okay, cheese was more cold and chewy though. No sauce (although I asked for it). Corn dog was very dry and stale. Again, no mustard or sauce, even though I asked for it. Overall, worst sonic I’ve ever been too.
7 months ago I came through this sonic. No signs but more than half the parking displays are off and the cones in the stalls has an off putting feel. The reply I received on my other visit about disappointing me has not truly changed. This location feels like it is about to shut down and they have given up. Not for sure why but no stall parking only drive through. Signs on all stalls that stalls are only for pick up order only. 6 car deep in the drive through. Took a good 18min to get through. Not for sure what's going on but I will not be back for a while.
I just bought a junior burger and small tots. The meat smelled rotten and the tots were cold and old. WON’T go back

The food is fine for a sonic usually. The biggest problem with this location is how slow everything is. There have been times I’ve waited 20 minutes for a drink. I like the convenience of the drive through and the location is convenient But….they either don’t know how to staff this place or train and the staff deserves better. Looking at past reviews here, I’ve seen years of responses that “we’ve passed this feedback along” but nothing has changed in years. Sonic needs to actually do better here and stop pretending a response on a review is taking action
New year and the drive thru is still terrible. Waiting 10 to 15 for one or two cars to move forward is absolutely insane. Not sure how this location stays open. After waiting more than 10 minutes in the drive-thru line, and watching three cars in front of me leave rather than placing an order, I drove around only to notice there was absolutely nobody in front of the person waiting to order and more disturbing, absolutely nobody could be seen in the restaurant itself!! I know at least one person was there because I saw the person waiting in the drive-thru speaking to someone through the speaker. It also looked like there were a couple of people eating outside. If this location is short staffed, it appears it would be more cost-effective to simply shut down for the day rather than ignoring customers. Shutting down for the day would irritate people, but The lack of service received today will prevent me, and probably many others, from returning.
