I went for the dollar snacky hour deal between 2-5 which is apparently actually 1.99 so I got 2 thinking they were a dollar it’s the exact same price as just ordering a 4 piece mozzarella stick. Then got the saddest looking chili cheese dog I have ever seen. It has basically no chili or cheese.
Just went through the drive through to get a slush, the staff let me order, let me sit in line about 10 minutes while they filled orders for 3 cars in front of me and a car behind me. They let me drive to the window to tell me that "we're actually in the process of cleaning that machine right now".
Ordered no lettuce tomato and other veg only took off the lettuce. Ordered Root beer got what tasted like watered down coke.
Failed to provide a legitimate legible receipt of purchase. When I asked one of the employees who was a younger guy that worked there told me that wasn't possible. Contacted the business and they currently are not accepting calls. Tried to contact in person no joy. Bank is currently issuing a charge back to this business due to issues with not following local state laws. Do not eat from this place if you want a receipt.
If I could give this place a no-star rating I would, The car hop order taker whatever he is Mitch or whatever he said his name was was more concerned about his phone, rather than handling my food that I observed sitting in a drive-thru rest area for at least a minute. It's called fast food, not when you're ready to give me my food because you're on your phone and you're rude. I had to ask him what his name was just so I can make this post. Next time I'll be going to Wendy's instead.
I come to this place pretty often, staff is typically kind and respectful, I went here Friday on the 16th of May, during lunch, and the man with tattoos on his arms and face and black guy I felt was very inappropriate by telling me I was a pretty woman, I feel like this is inappropriate in a business-like setting. If I had this on my phone reporting I would have contacted an attorney very disappointed that unprofessionalism with the staff on this day. The food however was hot and good but I did not appreciate that it made me feel uneasy.
This location is awwwwwful. We ordered through the app and upon arrival the employee was super rude to us about the fact that they don’t have ice cream at this location and how effed up the app is. He basically gave us half of our order and told us to kick rocks. Refused to give us a refund because we had to “call sonic.” Now I’ve been contacting sonic for two weeks over $12 worth of ice cream… They gave me 300 points as an apology, which doesn’t even buy a large soda. Now the credit card company is involved. Save yourself and drive to a different location with ice cream and nicer people.
5-3-2026, 2:30pm. Ordered 2 regular coneys w/mustard, onions, and relish; and a Lg Diet Coke. The person responded over the speaker it would be $13.47. I thought that was high, but guess inflation in play. Got to the window, handed my money, the guy gave me too much change back. Waited on food, when delivered I gave him back the too much change. Drove home, opened the food, and they had given me 2 foot longs with Chili’s and all the condiments I had ordered. Do you know how bad relish on chili tastes. Also, the Diet Coke lacked syrup (carbonated water). Too far to drive back. This store is lacking quality control. It used to be a great place, but not going back until they improve
Just went on my lunch, literally sat in the drive through line after placing my order for 18 minutes before driving off and not even taking my food. You all have some serious issues going there. You can be assured, I will not ever be coming back.
The food is decent. It's a bit higher priced than some competitive burger places, but the food usually presents a better quality or flavor. The service is friendly enough but is always very slow. It's not clear if they are permanently understaffed or what causes the plodding pace, but as a customer it is not my station to worry about such matters.
