Super packed menu that's hard to read. Lots of choice though, you just have to display it better (have more menus placed around the cars including in front of, plus giant fonts). Food tasted good though! Took 15+ mins to get to us , though it was a sunday afternoon with an empty parking lot so not sure what happened there. Prices a little on the high side I'd think.
Update: Followed the advice of the owner replying to my review. The Customer Experience Team sent multiple canned replies. They finally said they would give a coupon for a free replacement with PURCHASE, but no refund listed. The automated responses were unhelpful. Customer Experience was extremely unhelpful. They made the situation even worse. Requiring an additional purchase to make up for the issue. Ordered a sandwich and a drink over the app. The sandwich came out smashed and the drink was completely incorrect. Asked for a manager and they said that the sandwiches can be smashed as they don’t fit in their bags. The sandwich looked like someone smashed it in their hand. He said if I wanted a refund I would have to talk to the people through the app as it is a third party and not associated with Sonic. I was very disappointed to say the least. The manager did not take any responsibility for the issues with the order. One of the worst Sonics I have visited. They attempted to remake it. The drink was again incorrect and the sandwich looked burnt.
My husband & I went around 4:00pm today 2-16-22. He ordered a LARGE Cheese Tot & the photo is what he received!! (I took the bite out the chicken) He also ordered 3 corn dogs, all burnt!! & a route 44 dr.pepper & it was diet! Overall worst experience ever !! When we usually go out of our way just to come to this location! We won’t be anymore!
Our entire order looked like this yesterday. Pretzels, corn dogs, fries, mozzarella sticks. The ENTIRE order. How the hell do you see food like this and STILL serve it.
I really hope whoever was working on 8/8 at 9:25pm can find new jobs because every person there seemed absolutely miserable and like they hated their lives.
Ordered the new oreo big scoop cheesecake blast, got a cup of plain vanilla ice cream where only the top few inches had any oreos. Paid almost 7 bucks for it too. To quote the ad, I guess it really was too good to be true, or was a prank.
Don't go there with a 100 dollars. 100 take away 15 should of been 85 back but magically im missing 25. Shady as hell will not be going back.
The ONE unfortunate employee working the widow was nice and friendly, but for ordering on the app the wait time was lonnnng and the food was gross. Nothing was hot. So, I don't know if that's why the tots and chicken bites tasted like old oil or what. And while the hamburger was cooked all the way through, and barely warm, it too had an odd taste. Why did I give this food another chance? The young man working was doing his best making drinks and also bringing orders out to cars parked, but there were 2 employees outside power washing the drive thru that I think could've helped him out.

Pretty good location. Ordered two super sonic cheeseburgers with no pickles, and they came just as ordered (always appreciated). Tater tots were a little old-tasting, so that was a let down. But service was pretty darn quick.
