Went for lunch today and ordered a double hamburger that had cold hard hamburger patty that seems like it was made the day before, Spend $12-14 dollars and a fresh hamburger would be nice! Service was pretty good though!
Unfortunately, this location denied me a teacher appreciation deal through the company. All week it was a buy one get one free on blizzards but when I showed up and asked about the deal they said they won't honor it. I guess Sonic does not appreciate our educators. Other places like Whataburger and Chick-fil-A honored their deals. Sonic, you disappoint me
Seems like every time I go there they can’t get anything right. Waited in line for about 20min and then everything I asked them to take off of my burger was on it and what I asked them to add was not on it. I worked in drive through in my younger days. It is listening to what they want and pushing the corresponding buttons. Not that hard just takes a little attention. I wish I had more choices closer to work. If so I would never come back.
I stay and work right by this sonic location even my coworkers dont go here and the service and food here is trash. We go right pass this sonic and go to the one in riverside they have better service and food it's like night and day. The manager here is too buddy buddy with the crew.
Most times it's decent for fast food. Their hours are inconsistent. Service is ok. I have got home with my food several times without the correct order or no sauce/napkins. I've had to make sure I check the bag before I leave drive thru
The girl at the drive thru today must be in a hurry because I felt rushed to give her my order. I wanted chicken strips and they gave me French toast sticks. I have to get back to work, but beware your order is correct before you leave.
This place deserves zeros stars!! They like to clock orders as soon as it comes in. There for they are leaving customers waiting 30 minutes for a drink! Then refuse to give back my money. The carhop told me since the drink had been made for 30 minutes I would at least get a fresh drink! Hell NO she came out saying management told her I had to take this one! Mind you at this point no I’ve at all! I take the lid off and either they spit in my drink or the ice is disgusting because there was nasty black/ brown in my drink!! It was thrown away before I left the parking lot as all the workers got a good laugh which tells me they did something wrong!!! I should of kept it and contacted the local police department. I would just do this place a favor and shut down!!!
If you come by around 8 AM, it's. 50/50 chance they will accept orders from the Sonic App, which is where all the good coupons are. Pavement on the drive through side has big gaps, so watch where you park if you value your tires. If you get a vanilla iced coffee, try adding caramel to it, as that's pretty good.
I wish I could give a better review. Order was not only taken wrong but we only had tots in the kids meals. The medium and large were missing after waiting 30 minutes for our order. They did give is cherry limeade coins for the wait, but we were Ina hurry and had to go. Straws were not big enough for shakes.
HORRIBLE service. Waited 15 minutes for a fruit slush. Slush had no fruit. Waited another 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Server told me "there's strawberry in it, you're supposed to mix it around." Half an hour for a two dollar slush, at an empty Sonic at 9 pm.
