i genuinely hate this location. My order is always messed up and i don't get my full order or when i paid for. I would rather drive 30 minutes to a different location then come to this one
I paid 11 dollars for a BLT sandwich. And I got 4 little pieces of burnt bacon on my sandwich. That was it! Why would anyone even serve that to a customer??? This was the Sonic Drive In on Burlington on North Kansas City
Ordered a combo, wacky pack, and blast. My bun was burnt, the corn dog was flat out brown & soggy, the mozzarella stick weren’t fresh as I had asked for, they messed up my drinks and didn’t give me the wacky pack drink.
They took 30 min to take my order. Extremely slow service. Kepft figuring it would be soon. Wish i went somewhere else. Could have gone to most sit down restraunts and been out in the time the food came out. Extremely disappointed
I just had one of the best experiences I've ever had at Sonic! The carhop (Jessica) who brought out my order was absolutely phenomenal—fast, friendly, and professional. She had such a great attitude, smiling the whole time and making sure my order was perfect. It’s rare to see someone with that level of enthusiasm and dedication to customer service. She truly went above and beyond, making me feel valued as a customer. If every employee were like her, this place would be unbeatable! Huge shoutout to Sonic for having such an incredible worker on their team!
I wish i could post a picture! Gross! The sandwich was so gross; there was about a quarter cup of mayo on the sandwiches, and burned-out teeny tiny bacon- but to ask for help from this store & staff would be a mistake because they're untrained and it would take all my lunch time. Just gross 😝 And they don't know how to split a ticket- and will not train staff. I work near, and 3 out of 5 visits are just awful.
Worst Sonic ever. Looking at this BS. Ordered the cheese tots. These was tots been sitting two days and they had the nerve to throw a slice of cheese on them and just send them out. Not melted or nothing.
Ice cream was melted and they forgot half of the order.
I’m leaving 5 stars only due to the two gentlemen I usually deal with at this location. HOWEVER; my experience tonight is different… The individual that was working the drive thru this evening clearly hates his job and gives attitude to customers like working fast food is hard work. I can say this being I’ve worked at a sonic before and you don’t understand hard work till you’ve moved on to a more demanding job. The fact I come to this location literally everyday for ice alone and have tipped up to $5 for a .70 cent item, someone should tell this new guy that sometimes being nice (which is free) pays off. Just a little food for thought.. or cup of ice for thought I should say. 😎
I come here every morning I know it's gotten better and better The older gentleman in the morning is fast accurate and very friendly now that we see each other Monday through Friday I know his name is Rich this guy cares about his customers!!!
