I went to Sonic last night in North Kansas City The food was good but the service who was the order taker and the person who brought my food out this guy was the rudest person I've ever dealt with I think in my life his name was Gabe or something rather, I cannot believe you actually have someone that works her like that without horrible rude of service please teach this guy how to talk to customers and be respectful I would appreciate it I probably won't ever be coming back to this location ever again
I used to love this location. Ordered a chicken sandwich no pickles..... They gave me a single cheeseburger with everything on it.... Cold and soggy food, and won't answer their phones because they know they messed up.... Super upset and will be taking this to corporate and social media...
The customer service was on point. The food was hot and delicious, and the strawberry shake was shakin.
Do not come here if you value your own time because they certainly do not.. Placed a pick up order and waiting for over 20 minutes. Amazing. Any time I’ve come here it takes at least 20 minutes to get anything you order, figured it would be faster to do a pick up. I was so incredibly wrong.
I rarely come to this sonic unless it’s out of necessity because every time something is missing from my order. Food expensive as all hell and my entire chicken strip basket that I paid $11.29 is missing completely. I definitely got charged for it too and I can’t just demand a refund because I paid in cash. And I also can’t go back because then I’ll be late to work and probably lose my job. But just pay attention because this shouldn’t be happening as often as it does
Ordered a chocolate brownie shake and when we got home it was vanilla ice cream with ONE piece of brownie and a very few flakes of chocolate floating around. Turns out to be just an over priced soft serve vanilla ice cream served in a cup.
Even for a Sonic, this location never fails to disappoint. I arrived just before 9am. There was one car waiting at the window. I ordered immediately but then had to wait over 20 minutes to receive my order. Even when the car in front of me left, I waited over 15 minutes to get a breakfast burrito and a drink. The food tasted alright, but it was the smallest burrito that I've ever been served. It carried me over until lunch is about the best I can say.
Love the half price drinks but wish it was automatic instead of having to use a deal. It use to be an affordable meal when you could get a half price drink and use a deal for food.
The food is fun, pretty much exactly what you would expect, maybe even a couple of selections that go beyond expectations.Gotta love, a good chili dog.Of course, their drink selection is great. Talk about atmosphere it is great.You're outside.Most of them next to busy road, so you can watch the cars on the weekend
After I am down the road I realize that I was given the completely wrong meal. And It looked so disgusting I immediately threw it in the trash. My Original order was also more expensive than the one I received. I feel like I take a chance every time I come to this location. As a local business owner I feel the owners of this franchise needs to spend a little more time getting it sorted out. this will it definitely be my last time here.
