The gentleman that helped me with my MRI was very calming and reassuring and made the experience much more relaxed. I really appreciated that because I am extremely claustrophobic even in an open MRI. I am happy with the overall experience that I had with Simonmed.. Darla Riggs.

I booked my MRI a week ago then they called that they have to cancelled my appt at 7pm the night before saying that there is no tech. Then they were able to reschedule me at a different facility. Then on the day of, they called me again saying that they have to move me back to the same facility that they originally booked me in but said there is no technician. They had to move me because the machine broke. I was already frustrated and annoyed that I had to wait for long to get my MRI for my shoulder that has been hurting for 3 weeks, and with all these back and forth changes, it was frustrating.

If there were no stars I’d give that. My X-ray report had someone else’s history! It showed a serious condition that had no relation to me. An incompetent/careless mistake. But worse, they don’t care at all about fixing it. I’m still trying to get my medical record corrected after countless hours and stress. Horrible company.

very satisfied, everything was fast, convenient, they sent me a form to fill out online, I came and in 10 minutes I was already with the ultrasound specialist. everything was done professionally, politely. thank you very much

Absolutely horrible experience. Simon Med was one week late with my ultrasound results. Because of this my doctor was not able to review the ultrasound on time. I called three days in a row and spoke to six different customer service agents. They all said that they requested the ultrasound to be processed urgently and the ultrasound did not arrive on time.

Friendly and fast really couldn't ask for more, I was finished after less than an hour and while I was there everyone answered any questions I had with a smile.

Aside from some insurance, admin follow up needed and that’s probably more on the Insurance side it was a great and quick visit. Everybody was friendly, cordial, and professional.

This location has been one of easiest visits ever!! I made the appointment 2 hours prior to arrival and everyone was super nice from the gentleman at the desk to the lovely technician. I wish I had taken her name. I was so nervous but she put me to complete ease, was very nice and professional. She asked all the right questions and answered all queries of mine. After the end of exam, I went back to the desk and observed the entire team at desk of 3 assisting patients by going above and beyond. One was speaking Spanish which no one spoke but the lady behind the counter was doing an amazing job by using her Google translator to assist. The other gentleman spoke mandarin, and I saw someone from the back come to assist who spoke the language. Half of life is willingness to go out of the way and everyone in this location seems like they want to help and they all go out of the way. I sure would like to give my female technician a special thank you. I will keep an eye out. If I see her name on report, I will come back and edit this review. Thank you again to EVERYONE. You are phenomenal!!

The overall experience was excellent, particularly the people on the office, They were professional, courteous and considerate. (The multichannel, somewhat redundant messaging via both text & email was slightly annoying/confusing,, however. I really needed an MRI to be performed weeks ago so it was highly unlikely that I wouldn't dhow up.)
