Very friendly. I truly appreciated the technician that performed my MRI by taking the time to work with me on getting me to a calm state so I could actually go through with the MRI. He offered options (ear plugs, ear muffs, eye mask and music) allowing me the time to be ok going into the machine without freaking out. I was able to complete my needed MRI with this man’s help and patience with me. Thank you

I was blown away with how sweet and kind everyone was with me. From the wonderful check-in desk professional to the assistants at the MRI space, they showed genuine interest, respect and real caring for me. Very impressed.

Richard and Mike at SimonMed Imaging were very kind and professional. Even though I arrived late, they were understanding and quickly helped reschedule my appointment instead of making me wait weeks. Wonderful customer service!

It was okay People there were nice She said bad location for that police parking sucks and then there's a parking garage there but I was there for maybe a half hour and I had to pay 10 bucks for the parking cuz there's no parking on the street. You need a better location for that place I mean there's assignment where I live in Daly City but it's not an open MRI I need an open MRI because I'm claustrophobic and that's the only location that offered it or the closest location but other than the parking and all that it was okay.

My technician Cedric was fine. He did a great job. However, when I made this appointment, I made it for an open MRI. I got there today and they changed it to a closed MRI. I am extremely claustrophobic and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. It took me about 45 minutes to an hour to be able to drive my cell phone because I was so nauseous, dizzy and lightheaded. when I asked why I was not in the open MRI they stated that the office that made appointment did not request it. I know they did because I was on the line with them when they requested it. I did not appreciate being told something that I knew it was incorrect.

Staff were friendly and reassuring. Interior of building was clean. However, the exterior at the entrance was filthy, with dirty windows that looked like someone had vomited on the front door, and bird dropping and other filth around the front entrance (presumably due to unhoused people having hung out or slept there). Needs a clean up.

I had a confirmed ultrasound appointment today, and it was only when I arrived that I was told the tech was unavailable. I did not receive any phone calls, emails, or texts, and wasted hours of my time getting there. One of the receptionists (female) was clearly nodding off as I was speaking to them. The place also smelled and looked dirty. I will not be returning.

Easy to make an appointment. Staff was friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. The technician was thoughtful and considerate, suggesting I wear two gowns and providing a blanket for extra warmth in the cool room. My appointment was in the later afternoon and it wasn't busy in office at all.

It was a really good experience front desk. Staff was very professional doctor took the images for me. It made me feel secure. Comfortable lasted about 45 minutes. I would recommend anyone to go get their images done there.👍😌

I booked my appt and you guys called me 5 times to confirm my information. I showed up for my mri and the people there said they had nothing but my name and birth date. Two days prior your people had confirmed I was all set. I waited weeks for this mri. I spent 40 minutes on the phone getting rebooked for later in the afternoon. I showed up for my appt at 3:30pm and I had to wait over an hour because they were so behind. I will never use simonmed again
