MRI tech & the front desk (I didn't catch their names on my 7.19.25 visit) were absolutely amazing. They were both very polite, professional & made the process easy. They both showed compassion, understanding & professionalism. SimonMed should be proud to have them.

Let me be clear, the xray technician at the Post St location was wonderful once I finally met with him and got my xrays done. The one star is for anyone looking up simonmed online to: get office hours, xray availability and making an appointment. The site is terrible. It is outdated with incorrect hours of service. I was unable to book an appointment online or over the phone (which is a centralized automated mess). Which forced me to drive to the post st location, the daly city location because the site said their office hours were open on Saturdays for walk in xrays. This is absolutely NOT true. Daly city location is no longer open on saturdays period (see pic) Also for the post st location- xrays are only on mon/wed/fridays— also not denoted on the site. You have to go there to find this out. I wasted a whole week trying to work out an appointment with a gimp foot. Go to ur closest location when it is actually open and book an appt in person.

Super friendly staff! I came in for an ultrasound on my leg. After a complicated knee surgery. They held the door open for me, they were super friendly, the ultrasound technician was a joy too.
A team at this location is wonderful. In particular, Richard is so compassionate and caring that he makes challenging situations very relaxing and comfortable.
Simon Med is very professional and simple to work with for your MRI needs. I have used them multiple times and always had friendly and good service and good results.
Attentive and understanding radiology technicians. I have claustrophobia and Richard was the best and helpped me get through my scan, updating me with time left as we went on and did not strap me in too tight and was very patient. Front desk staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. Only concern is the open pipes dripping mystery fluid onto your head in the waiting room bathroom.
Good receptionist service! But, LONG wait time for an ultrasound! I had waited for about 1 hour 20 minutes from my scheduled appointment time regardless I arrived 30 minutes before the appointment. I wouldn’t recommend this location (1180 Post St SF).
