False advertising and rude customer support. I scheduled an appointment and I was offered the option of AI assisted results that will be provided within the same day of image at cost of $90. Yesterday was the appointment and I was told twice, by front desk and by the radiologist that I will get results EOD. This morning there is still no results posted nor from email nor from website portal. Giving a call to the office the lady was rude and claimed there is no such service and results will be available after 3 days. This is definitely fraud!

I had gone to SimonMed imaging after they committed to having my testing done within a crucial time period. The called a few hours before my appointment and said their lab technician is unexpectedly out. No remorse and refused to accommodate me with a reasonable alternate date. All my preop appointments and surgery had to be rescheduled causing a major issue. They are unprofessional and take no responsibility. Avoid them!

Fairly prompt. Cordial attendant Richard. I was surprised the open MRI put me in deep and close to my face. Fortunately I did not go in headfirst. If that was the case I don’t think I could do it. Thanks. Richard.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and professional at 7:00AM, while I'm still trying to get my day started, they were very kind. Jamese performed my abdominal ultrasound. She was professional, knowledgeable, funny, humorous, and very reassuring as I was extremely anxious. She made the process so much easier.

Completely disorganized and careless with patients’ schedules. My exam at the Sacramento unit was rescheduled because the equipment was down — both reschedules happened last minute. Then, when I showed up for the third appointment, I was told I had been given the wrong time and would need to reschedule yet again for a fourth time. It’s frustrating to see something so expensive and important to patients handled with so little consideration. I rearranged my schedule and made the effort to travel — my time is valuable too.

I went here years ago and was not happy with my experience. Things have much improved! Front desk was courteous & helpful, technician was friendly & knowledgeable & efficient, they were able to see me 1/2 hour early bc I came in early.

Hey! These folks were great! I was scheduled for a 11:30 MRI. I showed up st 7:30 just because downtown San Francisco can be a challenge, as far as parking and traffic. It wasn't issue for them at all. It was a RAP! By 8:30 paperwork and all! "John Anthony has left the BUILDING!" 😃 In addition everyone there was incredibly pleasant and professional. A very diverse staff! But the professionalism, was the highest across the board. I was impressed how they interacted with each patient, from all walks of life, starting with the very pleasant young lady, at the front desk, and others in and around the office. ALL VERY KIND! Which to me, especially is very important, because if I were to list all things I "HATE!!" The MRI would be in the top 3 lol 😆 I believe their kindness, and professionalism played a roll, in my 1st pleasant MRI 😊 "My God! I can't believe I just said that!" 😆 Yea it was! So thanks guys for a pleasant experience 😊 Another thing I hate is constant REVIEWS! SERIOUS! The staff was amazing with my dad that has severe back pain. They worked with him, with giving him pillows and cushions to be able to make it through his MRI. The gentleman that helped him through this was amazing. We wish we would have gotten his name to personally thank him.

The place is spacious and clean, there are not many people. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bad thing about the place is that the chairs are very hard and uncomfortable. They ask you to arrive 15 minutes earlier. People have back or hip problems and sitting on that type of chairs the pain increases more for people who are waiting to be attended to.

This was the easiest and least painful one I have had. My last one was at UCSF and was brutal and I had to wait a very long time. The technician was so nice and put me at ease. I almost never write reviews but I told all of my peers about my experience afterwards. I was very worried came in because recently had some experiences with cancer in our family. Also was impressed with front desk staff as well. They were very nice and helpful.
