SimonMed Imaging - San Francisco Post St SFMRC

The office on Post St itself is great. The staff are very polite and let me know what's about to happen and approximately how long my MRI will be. My actual person that did my MRI is fantastic. I believe his name is Johnathan...not sure but put me at ease and told me when I was half way through. It was an open MRI but still a little anxiety on my part.

I arrived very early for appointment. Front desk worker was both friendly and efficient. I finished paperwork and shortly thereafter called in for mammogram. Not sure of name Tanya?? was very patient and pleasant. I was amazed at how quickly she performed test and showed me where I could even find deodorant afterwards. I was very pleased with treatment. I would highly recommend Simon Imaging. I had test and finished before scheduled appointment time. Well done!!

I just wanted to say the entire experience was great. The front staff was professional and welcoming from the start, which really set the tone. The imaging techs were excellent—very knowledgeable and made everything feel smooth and comfortable. Everyone I interacted with was extremely nice and respectful. You can tell there’s a strong team there. I really appreciate the level of care and professionalism.

Young woman who did the scanning was efficient and friendly. She was kind and helpful, as well. We were treated within five minutes of our appointment time. My only complaint was how dirty (the floor in doorway) The office was.

Everything went very smoothly from the moment I walked into Simon med. the gentleman at the front desk took care of me in a very professional manner and was extremely helpful. the wait wasn't too long, the office was bright and comfortable to sit in and the technician who did the procedure was extremely nice and professional. all in all it was a very very good experience and I commend the organization for its professionalism and its courtesy.

The best imaging experience i have ever had. I requested an appointment for an urgent MRI and was given an immediate (same day) appointment. I was in an out in less than 30 minutes. Everyone was super kind, professional, and thoughtful. My MRI was read immediately and available for me to view on a portal in less than 30 minutes after I finished my scan. I highly recommend SimonMed Imaging!

Staff was stellar! Female receptionist was very understanding and Janice, who did the ultrasound was over-the-top amazing!! Give that woman a RAISE!!! She was major skilled doing the ultrasound and put me right at ease with a looming breast cancer surgery in a few days. She is a GEM and deserves special treatment. You are very LUCKY to have her as part of your team. I had a MUCH better experience at your Post street location than the cold reception at the Van Ness location.

The text messages from Simon Med were excessive and confusing. The appt was rescheduled twice, to an earlier time, WITHOUT my being asked. The receptionist was nice but was eating at the desk. The technologist was kind but had the worst bad breath I've ever encountered and I nearly vomited. Will someone please review Hygiene 101 with the guy with the Russian accent? That was dreadful. The overall experience made me not want to come again.

I had a 7:30 pm appt. ( I was hesitant) I found a park in front of the building! The receptionist was very welcoming and when I left she addressed me by my name and told me to have a good evening! Earl was very professional, respectful and Chill! Thanks guys! ❤️💯

My mom recently went in for an MRI, and we had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The technician was incredibly personable and kind, which made a huge difference—especially since my mom is claustrophobic. He went out of his way to make sure she felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. He even offered her a blanket and created a calm, reassuring environment that really helped her relax. What we appreciated most was that he was able to complete all three of her MRIs in one visit, so we didn’t have to come back another day. That meant so much to us and made everything so much more convenient. The receptionist was also very friendly and welcoming—and so patient with my wild toddlers, which we truly appreciated! The office itself was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was such a positive experience, and my mom left feeling happy and well cared for. We’re very grateful!
