I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Scheduling with staff was easy. All the intake interfaces works seamlessly. The office staff was warm and helpful. And, MRI technician was wonderful from start to finish - I’m claustrophobic and he was supportive and patient with me.
The man at the front desk was lovely. And the ultrasound tech was absolutely wonderful. She helped my nerves with her calming demeanor and great conversation.
SimonMed had a major data breach exposing all medical records of its patients. no credit monitoring services or apologies were provided. go here and share your confidential data with the world. Conpany needs sued for incompetence and negligence
Staff was amazing and very helpful. The facility itself was why I gave 3 stars. As soon as you walk in, it smells musty like the carpet is wet. There was also a glue mouse trap in the bathroom and a box mouse trap in the hallway. Kind of gross for a medical facility
I paid $600 on October 3rd for an ultrasound. My insurance paid them the same amount a week after. More than three months later I still haven’t received my check from them despite my multiple calls. Awful, awful service. Big scammers.
Very bad experience from the beginning to the end. They don't read the forms and make the wrong appointments.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service at SimonMed. My doctor ordered an MRI after I was injured on 10/8, and I never received a call from them to schedule it. When I finally reached out myself, they booked me an appointment two weeks out. Since then, they’ve canceled my appointment twice. The first time, I explained that my doctor and I have been waiting a long time for this MRI and that it’s important for my care. They rescheduled me for 11/15, and after someone called to confirm the appointment, I received another call just 30 minutes later canceling it again. This level of unreliability is unacceptable, especially when patients are dealing with pain and need timely care. I will not be returning and hope they improve their scheduling and communication for others.
This post street location is great. The technician really helped calm my nerves and created a soothing environment with calming music to help drown out the sounds of the MRI machine. I believe his name was Jackson. It really made all the difference for a scary imaging procedure.
Every worker was nice with me. The Dr in room was very friendly. Gracias 🤗
Overall the experience was great. Staff was courteous. The actual MRI tech Robert was friendly and reassuring and over before I could panic. The only negative is while waiting for my mri I saw another patient who was changing into a gown and her modesty was exposed. Her gown didn’t cover her. So realizing I could see her underwear I took precautions to be sure I was covered. I think it would be better to offer two gowns. One opening in the back and another to cover backsides.
