While I have enjoyed this facility in the past, today was a nightmare. After completing all pre apps and confirming appointment 4 times, they were surprised when I showed up with broken arm. The guy who checks me in was new, but apparently had no training, hadn’t read my forms, couldn’t give instructions, or answer questions. They used a tape that ruined a pair of socks. Called for reimbursement, was told that I am not in system. Still waiting for supervisor to call. Last time I will go there. I do want to appreciate the woman at the front desk.
Unpleasant experience - I walked in for an X-Ray at 12pm on Tuesday (non-peak time) and the technician was on a lunch break so the front desk scheduled me for 1:15pm. The technician returned after 2pm and only called me in at 2:45pm. The center does not schedule advance appointments for X-rays so you're just at their convenience and may have to spend an entire afternoon or day. The front desk is friendly and understanding, but the staff needs to value time and urgency.
Everyone was so kind and efficient. I noticed the 2 employees at the front desk were so patient and helpful with the non English speaking customers. It was really heartwarming to see. Special shout out to Mike who took extra care to make sure I had everything I needed.

I'm claustrophobic, and my doctor referred me to the open MRI at SimonMed. She also prescribed an anti-anxiety medication, which didn't work for me. I think my anxiety level was stronger than the medication. I'm grateful to the technician who performed my exam. He was very patient and helped me understand how the machine works, what I should and shouldn't do. He gave me time to adjust, and even played relaxing music. I asked him to indicate the time so I wouldn't feel like it was taking so long, which he agreed to help me. At the end of the day, the experience was much better than I imagined. I highly recommend SimonMed Imaging for MRIs.
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Scheduling with staff was easy. All the intake interfaces works seamlessly. The office staff was warm and helpful. And, MRI technician was wonderful from start to finish - I’m claustrophobic and he was supportive and patient with me.
The man at the front desk was lovely. And the ultrasound tech was absolutely wonderful. She helped my nerves with her calming demeanor and great conversation.
SimonMed had a major data breach exposing all medical records of its patients. no credit monitoring services or apologies were provided. go here and share your confidential data with the world. Conpany needs sued for incompetence and negligence
Staff was amazing and very helpful. The facility itself was why I gave 3 stars. As soon as you walk in, it smells musty like the carpet is wet. There was also a glue mouse trap in the bathroom and a box mouse trap in the hallway. Kind of gross for a medical facility
This post street location is great. The technician really helped calm my nerves and created a soothing environment with calming music to help drown out the sounds of the MRI machine. I believe his name was Jackson. It really made all the difference for a scary imaging procedure.
