It was a good exiperence,but who really likes to get an exam. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
The staff was all friendly but I was only seen 30 minutes after my appointment time, even though I showed up 15 minutes early as requested

Everything went off without a hitch! The clinician/nurse who performed my scan was really nice and she made me feel very comfortable. And the front desk was also very accommodating and nice. SimonMed performs a variety of imaging services - highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Jamese, the ultrasound tech, was incredible! She was so kind and knowledgeable. All the staff here are very friendly.
I waited too long to be seen . I felt forgotten and had to approach the front desk. They tried to tell me I had not registered, the clerk who registered me had already left.
Everyone was friendly and polite and very helpful. The technician performing the MRI was reassuring and professional.
Efficiently run office. Polite staff. I did not have to wait long, and the procedure was quick. Entrance was hard to find despite the sign.
Pathetic. Went to the location in Sacramento for an XRay. Was told that no X-rays were made that day. The technician was out ( understandable, nothing wrong). But…then I was sent to the location in Post. Checked the real time queue on the website and said line was minimal and were available …only to go there and get a “We don’t do X-rays” that conflicting with the website. Made me waste 2h in SF traffic, $50 in Ubers and I had to deal with the crappy attitude of the receptionist. Never again
My husband was not happy with the services he received yesterday. Despite having an appointment he needed to wait over 45”. Also, despite being scheduled for an “open MRI” the machine he was placed in was not open as he had had in the past
