Improvement is done! Recently, dairy sections and fridge sections for fresh vegetables and fruits were added, and it is good enough for me to ditch the Costco membership! They now have A LOT of dry herbs and seasonings! I was going to get one, but I could not decide which one to get (yes! They have a lot!!!). I also found bouillon powders and cubes for a reasonable price. I wish they would have more non-pesticide-used fruits, canned diced tomatoes, and almond/soy milk for dairy allergy folks like me. I believe Sam's is moving in the right direction to alleviate food insecurity in the US. Thank you, Sam's!
Store was fully stocked and clean. The lines were long but moved very quickly. They were offering a special Premier membership campaign, which seemed to be very cost efficient; my cashier was knowledgeable and helpful with this as well.
They are short staffed (like everywhere else) but management does not step in to support staff unless put on the spot. To leave the store today 11/02 the line was back to the food court so about 15/20 carts deep. One person was working the door and was having issue - management was just standing at the register until people in the line called them out, only at that point did they help the staff working the door. Online pick up was having the issue one person was getting the orders together and bringing them out wait was an hour - an HOUR to get your online pick up. Had I known I would have just gone in the store - at least the line at the doorwas moving if even slow. I understand everywhere has staffing shortages but it looked like management needed to due more to support the staff they did have.

Horribly designed parking lot, gas lines are long
This is the only Sams I always visit but unfortunately they are loosing quality. The last month There is always a mess,the fruits are rooted and product doesn't look fresh as before !! I'm writing a review because I feel upset.
Went inside this Sam's club and there were no carts. Was told by their staff that I had to go back to the parking lot to get my own cart. Lazy lot, they had 2 persons checking membership when you enter, but no staff to bring carts into the store. I left without buying anything of course. As did the couple behind me. Time to switch to Costco.
I was in this store yesterday returning a gift that my husband bought me for Christmas. I had the receipt with me. The manager refused to give me the money or to make an exchange without the bank card that was used for the purchase. I told her that I had the receipt and that should be enough. No one gives you their bank card to take back a gift. I asked for a manager and she walked off from the desk going to get him. He explained it was policy to have the bank card which I still don't think it true when you have the original receipt. I told her that my husband would have to come and it would take 45 minutes for him to get there. She put the other items that I wanted to get as an exchange and told me that she would advise another manager about them. When my husband got there so didn't even tell the other manager what was going on. The other manager called her back to do the transaction so again here we are waiting. She didn't look at us or even apologize and still had an attitude. I will not be going to this Sam's Club in the future. This is very poor customer service. I will not advise any of my friends or family to go there and be treated like they don't matter when we spend our hard earned money to pay their wages for a service.
If I could give it less of a rating I would. Stupidity is putting it nicely. Have membership. Got online. Have app. Have card on app. Never had physical card. Never told until today at this location. Could they check my id? Absolutely. Would they? No! Had membership less than 2 months. Maybe 1. Will absolutely get any other wholesale membership back. Been years at Costco No issues. Thought we'd try. Maybe we'll try another. Not SAM'S!!
