Sam's Optical Center tried to sell my 75+ year old mother $600 glasses that were not covered by her Medicare. When she said she would have to get them elsewhere, "Patrick" the tech, refused to provide her pupillary distance (PD) so she could order online. Basically, you have to buy their glasses from them, or they will not help you. Thinking she was confused, I spoke to him and he said it would be "illegal" for him to provide a PD because if the glasses she bought did not fit right it would be his fault. It was such a flawed explanation that I spoke to the regional supervisor and she said it was actually at his discretion whether he provided that info because it is his license, but that the optometrist could do it. She recommended my mother go back in to see the doctor, but low and behold, Patrick is the gate keeper to appointments and refused stating "the doctor does not know how to do that, that's my job". He again said it was illegal and when I advised I knew it was actually optional, and he said, "Yeah that's true but I'm not giving it out." He then offered to sell my mother cheaper glasses if she came back in, but if that is the case why did he not try to do that when she said she could not afford $600+ glasses the first time?! The entire ordeal was very shady and Sam's has no desire to fix it. They lie, mislead, and try to upsale the costumer and take advantage of the elderly. None of this is okay and I will not be back. There are plenty of other optic service providers that have great customer service and far less expensive glasses.

I got a bulk order of liquor at Sams for my wedding. Before purchase I verified with multiple employees that I would be able to return unopened bottles. They said yes as long as I have my reciepe and scan my membership card at purchase. I go to make the return and they say I can't return it, that policy only applies to beers and wine bought in the store not liquor. Waste of time. Waste of money. Inconsiderate managers who need to train their employees and honor what information is put out to customers. No attempt made to fix the mistake.

I shouldn’t have to call the other side of town Bakery to get good customer service. Simple cake order that’s very limited to customize online one easy phone call to the Beach location and it’s ready to pickup.
I purchased four new tires and received a tire balance and rotation. My car sounds horrible now!!! I took the car back the next day because there was NO SOUND prior to the tires being placed on the car. The tire shop reps stated that they did no wrong!!! I'm so disgusted!
I bought organic chicken today that had a terrible smell when I opened it. I reached out to a customer service chat who offered no help and ended the chat. This is a lot of hassle for a $30 pack of chicken.
Worst Sam's club for delivery or shipping, don't use! I can't get items delivered and when shipped they pack food with chemicals! Fed Ex sucks too but who just refunds a damaged during shipping order instead of replacing it?!? Horrible service shame on you
They start unloading the trailers slowly. I arrived one hour before the appointment at 3:30 PM. I was sitting waiting to be unloaded. The forklift driver came up to me and told me that my appointment was at 18:00, I didn't tell him that his manager had told me that my appointment time was at 16:00. I don't understand why people enjoy lying for no reason. They take their jobs for granted. Be careful with this receiver. I have been delivering water and many others items in Sam Clubs and Costco. People in Costco have better attitude than people who work at Sam Club.
