I wish they hours was 8am-9pm; do they still have Members Plus hours?
Prices are going up, up and up on food items. Pay attention before shopping to make sure you have enough money to pay before you get to the checkout.
It wasn't so bad, I hadn't been there in a long time.And I found a few things that I needed.
How does a warehouse not have lids, but they will sell you boxes of them? I'm also convinced there's a McDonalds ice-cream conspiracy going on because Dr. PEPPER is always out of order. Also no mustard and again at a place that sells mustard packets. Sams Club start buying your own supply or shut down your food center because it's getting ridiculous, next you will say your out of ice while selling ice next to your drink machine, oh wait that happened previously already.
They said they have been out of meatballs for about 2 months on there Sam's club app. Even though they have plenty in the store for the last 6 weeks. I've even related a few times to employees . still have to fix it
4/17/26 - Still can't order whole pizzas through the app, the option always says "Sold Out." Where is store management? Edit 8/1/25 - Unable to order pizza through the app; button was grayed out and said "Sold Out" which was not true, as pizzas were being ordered at the register without issue. Finally was acknowledged by a worker at the counter who told me that the button would be back up "maybe in about an hour." When I pressed, he said "maybe a couple of minutes." I said I don't understand why that would be. He then asked what I was going to order and I told him; he then reactivated the button through the screen. Absolutely ridiculous that this is disabled arbitrarily, especially since there isn't any way of knowing whether something is the cafe is available or not through the app unless you're in the store. Could have been a wasted trip if the pizza was actually sold out. This same thing has happened more than once before, with the app saying pizza was "sold out" but someone manually disabled the button and then reactivated it when confronted. Where is store management? Edit 6/22/24 - Person at the exit door ignored customers although she did scan the required items, engaged in chatter inappropriate for customers to hear, including swearing, about other employees. I don't expect much, but that's awful. -- Be prepared for almost every process to take a long time, from customer service to the cafe to the wait to leave the store. Scan N Go is great. Other than that, it's Walmart, including the service, employees and clientele. If you're going to pay for a membership, Costco is the best bet for value.
We bought two bags of Taylor Farms, Cesar salad kit on June 6. The bags have expiration date of June 9. When we got to our house party and opened the bags there were a lot discolored salad. This was very disappointing.
I'm happy we have a Sam's Club close to home. Good deals daily and usually 20 to 30 cents per gallon savings on gas. UPDATE: Visited Sam's Club today to pick up a couple of rotisserie chickens. At $5 each, they're a great value.
Not a bad store but the staff in the restaurant section are very rude and not helpful! I had an issue where I attended to order three pizzas almost three weeks ago and the associate helping me did not want to take my order, I was told to just place the order day of. I came in today and the team told me no we can only sell two pizzas that is the policy. I talked to the manager who was very helpful and understanding and took care of my issue and got me the third pizza. Then the staff member was standing five feet away from me talking trash the whole time. Her rude mouth needs to get fired! No person in customer service should be talking to/about customers that way! The roof of the food prep area is disgusting and has dirt/lint building up over the area. The only good thing about my time here was the Manager Miss Donna!
