They start unloading the trailers slowly. I arrived one hour before the appointment at 3:30 PM. I was sitting waiting to be unloaded. The forklift driver came up to me and told me that my appointment was at 18:00, I didn't tell him that his manager had told me that my appointment time was at 16:00. I don't understand why people enjoy lying for no reason. They take their jobs for granted. Be careful with this receiver. I have been delivering water and many others items in Sam Clubs and Costco. People in Costco have better attitude than people who work at Sam Club.

I shouldn’t have to call the other side of town Bakery to get good customer service. Simple cake order that’s very limited to customize online one easy phone call to the Beach location and it’s ready to pickup.
I purchased four new tires and received a tire balance and rotation. My car sounds horrible now!!! I took the car back the next day because there was NO SOUND prior to the tires being placed on the car. The tire shop reps stated that they did no wrong!!! I'm so disgusted!
I bought organic chicken today that had a terrible smell when I opened it. I reached out to a customer service chat who offered no help and ended the chat. This is a lot of hassle for a $30 pack of chicken.
Worst Sam's club for delivery or shipping, don't use! I can't get items delivered and when shipped they pack food with chemicals! Fed Ex sucks too but who just refunds a damaged during shipping order instead of replacing it?!? Horrible service shame on you
Visited this store on December 18th Our beautiful cashier was so lovely, kind and cheerful. I commented that it was such a pleasure to see someone who works with people during the Christmas season be so nice 😊. I’m putting the numbers from my receipt so the store will know who she is and hopefully recognize this fantastic lady. Got to Sam’s before 8:00 I got there at 7: 54 there was a Gentleman at the door trying to get in a min or two before me. Doors were shut early he was getting picking up a tv I was getting chicken fried rice, two more customers at the door at least 5 min to 8:00. We were waved off disregarded with hand gestures and told we are closed we said it’s not 8:00 yet. We all 4 asked for a manager an assistant manger said they closed the door at 7:55 even though it say 8:00 on the door and website. I tried to go to other door where you show your reciept and was ordered to leave the store get out step out leave this store we are closed still before 8:00 pm. People were still shopping and checking out An assistant she told us Annette is manager they close the doors 5 minutes before 8:00 because store had to be empty by 8:00 and that was it. Then change it on your website!!!!!!. You’re lying to your customers, who pay to have a membership. We got hand gestures from the door person yelled at from the return department lady. But your door was shut 8 or 9 minutes before 8:00 very unprofessional! I drove so fast to make it before closing. To grab one thing. Change it on your website and door you close before 8 period!!!!!! Or whenever you feel like it. Nasty people nasty policy. Will keep going to BJ’s or Costco. I may cancel my membership nasty associates. Try that close early at a bank.
All that really takes is one bad experience as a customer to change your shopping experience at a retailer. Yesterday I shopped at the Sam's Club and because of an error on their part I was running extremely late to get back to work. Because I was in my work uniform I of course could not respond to the disrespect the way I would have liked too. I will say I was highly irritated and embarrassed by the employees treatment. The worst part is I had to leave items that I paid for in the store. It was a highly frustrating situation I will be talking to management today about situation and hopelessly we can get it resolved if not I just lost ta few dollars, they lost a customer and a member.
