Very Disappointed with Curbside Pickup Experience I placed a pickup order and received a message saying it was ready. When I arrived, it wasn’t. I called the store and the woman on the phone was rude and told me they were busy and to come back tomorrow—after I had already been waiting 35 minutes with my wife and our newborn in the car. To make it worse, a gentleman brought the cart near our vehicle, said, “You can put it in yourself, I’m busy,” and walked away. As a customer—and a business owner myself—I find this unacceptable. If Sam’s Club offers a curbside service, it should be delivered properly and respectfully. This happened Thursday between 7 and 8 PM, and it really makes us consider switching to Costco.

Always a great shop, love the shop and go app. New items, staff is great and knowledgeable. Store clean and peaceful to shop.

I love that the store is trying to improve. The upgrades have been great so far. But what I am not happy with is the Concession counter. Rude people, slow flow and the lack of care in the area. Tables are left a mess, lack of planning means they have the wrong napkins and jammed something else in there and left them open. Not to mention the long line and time they waste. While my food is sitting and waiting I have had to wait over 30 min to get a hotdog and a drink. I have seen staff just standing there and bickering with each other. If one person is taking orders another can be handeling them, as well as one person making pizzza one person cooking it. I saw hot dogs sitting on the counter for 30 min while I waited and I got to the register and was told “Oh we just put them in and it will be 20 min”! You seem to be taking notes from CostCo on a lot of upgrades. Maybe see how they have Kiosk ordering for their counter service!

Horrible customer service!!! I purchased a curbside order sat for over 10 minutes. Went inside to the customer service desk and there was no greeting… the old lady behind the counter had no interest in helping me. They told me I couldn’t just get my things I had to wait. Never again!!!

I am writing this review to state the facts. I purchased 4 new tires from this Sam’s Club. Once they were put on, they were not balanced causing excessive vibration. I took my vehicle to Toyota for the balancing, and was advised 1 of the tires may be defective. They tried force road balancing it and just would not properly manage its own load. They moved it to the passage rear and advised I let Sam’s Club know. I went back to them explained the issue and one of the techs did not know what a force road balance meant. They looked at, plus tested the tire and agreed it was defective and ordered a replacement which was out of stock. A few days later, I was notified the replacement tire arrived and to come to the store. Once I was there, I waited approximately 2 hours only to be told they cannot change the tire. I have wheel locks with a master key that was never misplaced, or stolen in the 5 years I have had the set. The manager stated they reviewed their footage and saw the technician place the key back into the package. I asked if they can write a statement affirming such so I can provide to Toyota Corporate who also had my vehicle. They refused. I spoke with Toyota and they were willing to work with Sam’s club to get to the bottom of the issue. However, I was advised they could never get into contact with the proper management staff to assist. Again, I am writing this review based off of facts and will let people decide on whether or not to have their vehicle serviced at this Sam’s Club. To recap, the key to my wheel locks was either stolen, or misplaced while in the care of Sam’s Club or Toyota. In the event the customer doesn’t have the key for their wheel lock and the tire needs to be removed, the technician at Toyota have a universal master key to remove the wheel. Sam’s Club does not. Even though I have the roadside assistance package, I will not use it at Sam’s Club based off the facts posted. I have cancelled my membership, and will simply pay out of pocket for any flat, or tire replacement that I will incur if necessary. The trust has been broken and is irreversible.

The Café needs work and help, I placed an order for 1 pizza, 1 pizza pretzel and hotdog combo. I've been waiting and hour and a half for my food...as im sitting here waiting for my food ive had ample time to look at everything and its dirty and understaffed SAMS needs to do better.

What a joke! Ordered a tv to be sent to the house, was Tod multiple times it would be here that day, then the following day, then the following day and nothing. Finally after speaking with multiple people was told everyone that has came to pick it up for delivery couldn’t fit it in there car. Then I was told I could come pick it up, after waiting in the store for an hour I was told they couldn’t release it to me and had to go through the delivery service???? So very disappointed, had to cancel the order. This is not the first issue with them but unfortunate will be the last.
