We use the scan and go for regular shopping which works fine but if you want to use the cafe since you can't use scan n go unless you upgrade your membership you have to deal with the employees which are the slowest I've ever seen stood in line for about 30 mins with like 10 people in line and all they're doing is handing people precooked food (no we weren't waiting for it to be cooked it was there they just take that long)
Typical Sam's Warehouse. Grocery store, automotive services, vision/hearing services in house. This location has recently been remodels with a dairy and produce cooler. Much wider space within the meat & produce area in rear of store. Don't forget to visit the Cafe for a hot dog or pizza combo or grab a frozen ice cream to go for $1.
Store is clean. But they need to upgrade point of sales bc they don't have tap. My card only works with tap. If I slide it here inside the store it doesn't work. But when I buy gas, the slider works. Everyone else has tap to pay, why doesnt Sam's Club? I'm surprised that Wal Mart of all companies has not invested in this technology.
Its always something with this sams. Gas pumps are slow and half them typically work.
Workers not helpful at all. I called about getting a flu shot today. Was informed that I could walk in any time without an appointment and that the pharmacy closed at 6. I drove 30 minutes and got there at 5:20 just to be told by a lady at the pharmacy (who sounded very disinterested in helping me) that they don’t do shots that’s late and I’d have to come back Monday. I needed the shot done today for work, so this was such an inconvenience and could have been avoided. Also don’t understand why the pharmacy is even open if they can’t provide services 40 minutes before closing.
The person that is working customer service on Saturday Mother’s Day weekend should not be there. There’s no reason I should call there four times and cannot get anybody to answer the phone. If you working in customer service you should have great customer service skill, and you surely supposed to know how to multitask this is not the case at 3:37pm
On the way checking out. The staff stopped us and showed some kind of racism. We used our app scan and go which reduced the time to check out. This lady was so rude and stopped other family with the same matter. This was so none human kind. It's so ridiculous that we looked alike a thief. Sam clubs need to retrain and educate staff with better customer services and stop being treated other races without that kind of nonsense racist.
They dont have taste spots often. Its rare. They have a completely filled water dispensing machine for $.25 but it doesnt work. Just recently, they had cash register software issues and no one could purchase food or drinks. There was no accommodations for the issues. There was no manager that seemed to be coming to support the staff with the technical issues. All I wanted was a pizza and a drink.
The chicken at this store has not been consistently good. The packages are covered in sticky juice and on multiple occasions it’s had a strong smell when I opened it. I was definitely not safe to eat.
1st trip using my membership, and it was so easy. Had my card ready to flash at entry, but they waved me right in. From parking, to shopping and all the free food samples. Didn't hit the Cafe but maybe next time.
