unfortunate how good the food is compared to how the customer service is. ordering on the website or app is like playing a game... once you conquer the king after all the hoops you have to jump thru you can finally place an order... then when you get there you have to wait for all the walk up to get their food first. no efficiency. still sucks even after the whole rebrand. not returning
I must confess that I have not tried a whole lot from their menu. I am a veg and this limits my options. However the Mediterranean sandwich that I frequently have from this place is really good. Guess the taste brings me back to this place so frequently.
I love potbelly but my tastebuds crave something new even if it just a new soup, salad or sandwich! I switched to a five show me you are worth it the five-star! cookies are amazing and I do miss the banana shake too.
This is a great value compared to many other options. You can pick up a sandwich and a shake for under $15 if you read the options carefully. I particularly recommend a combination of one of their skinny sandwiches (less bread and fewer calories) with their mocha shake (chocolate ice cream with coffee in it). Enough calorie counting to justify getting the dessert and enough caffeine to help burn it off.
Went here during lunch time. It's run pretty efficiently. Even with 25 people ahead of me in the queue I was in and out within 12 mins. Got the Big Tuna on Multigrain (which is a classic) and it was good. I usually get everything but tomato and pickle on it.

This place is awesome for a quick bite to eat for lunch. The line gets long but dont let that scare you.. they move pretty quickly. All their sandwiches are pretty tasty...Not to mention their cookies are super yummy!

This location is great for stopping in quickly on the weekend. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is always on point. I imagine this place is spectacularly busy during the week when all the Amazon employees are grabbing lunch.
I waited almost 15 minutes just to get my sandwich made it was a smoked ham with Mayo mustard and tomato’s and 2 oatmeal chocolate chip cookies it was just me and one other person in line when I was paying for my meal. the main worker idk his name but he’s in front taking orders and making orders rushes me out potbelly and when I returned to work to eat my lunch I noticed my two cookies were not in the bag maybe if you didn’t rush me out you could of done your jog correctly. I’m not going to potbelly anymore I don’t recommend anyone to go also he over cooked the cookies smh
