This place is awesome for a quick bite to eat for lunch. The line gets long but dont let that scare you.. they move pretty quickly. All their sandwiches are pretty tasty...Not to mention their cookies are super yummy!
Waited 1 hour for an online order I put in at 11:39
unfortunate how good the food is compared to how the customer service is. ordering on the website or app is like playing a game... once you conquer the king after all the hoops you have to jump thru you can finally place an order... then when you get there you have to wait for all the walk up to get their food first. no efficiency. still sucks even after the whole rebrand. not returning
Great sandwiches! I gave it four stars because of the location, it was hard to get in the doors because of a crowd of people waiting for the bus out front and then again being downtown there was crazy homeless people both inside and out, I think we will take the kids somewhere else next time.
This really is hands down one of my favorite lunch places. Today they were super busy though and I’m happy to see that, but what was disappointing is I ordered a chicken club or something like that and the chicken was cold. Very disappointed about that.
Food is good, but they are beyond slow and lose orders constantly. They don't know how to manage high demand and rush hour. Staff is unorganized and usually unhelpful. Really want to put 1 star because the service is that bad but the food isn't bad.
I waited almost 15 minutes just to get my sandwich made it was a smoked ham with Mayo mustard and tomato’s and 2 oatmeal chocolate chip cookies it was just me and one other person in line when I was paying for my meal. the main worker idk his name but he’s in front taking orders and making orders rushes me out potbelly and when I returned to work to eat my lunch I noticed my two cookies were not in the bag maybe if you didn’t rush me out you could of done your jog correctly. I’m not going to potbelly anymore I don’t recommend anyone to go also he over cooked the cookies smh
This location is great for stopping in quickly on the weekend. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is always on point. I imagine this place is spectacularly busy during the week when all the Amazon employees are grabbing lunch.
Shakes are good. Subs are tasty. Great service
This place is criminally understaffed in the evenings. Ordering in is probably ok but don't order in the app. It will take an hour and/or they will mess up your order. The app doesn't give you an accurate pickup time so you'll be sitting in the dining room twiddling your thumbs.
