This was my first visit. The ordering process was simple after being told to move along the line. The soup I wanted to order wasnt prepared so I was asked if I wanted something else, I decided against a soup. The sandwich tasted great and was hot and really filling.

The sandwich tasted ok, but the bread was like chewing on a sea sponge and scraped the roof of my mouth. I was hungry and didn't have time to get something else. Rustic bread isn't an overstatement.

I went here for lunch at about 12:30pm on a Friday. I actually wasnt even planning on coming here for lunch, and I was on my way to another place, but I was drawn in by a sign promoting their new Cuban sandwich. The line was somewhat long, but it was moving at a steady pace which made it ok. The sandwich itself was actually really good. If there's only one criticism I had, is that I swear this place is an Amazon cafeteria.

Love the food. Hate the portion size for the price. For $15 you should get at least a medium sized soup. Totally not worth the money.

Came here with a couple workers for breakfast sandwiches on a Wednesday morning. I asked for avocado on mine 4 times through out my transaction and it was missed, my coworker asked for Italian bread twice and didn’t get it. We asked if we could get extra lunch time toppings, they said no, then part way through us getting our sandwiches told us we could could get them. We sat down to eat, I went to ask for the code for the bathroom after 15 minutes and was told I need to be a customer to use it.

My first impression was that the sandwich shop was full of people and I wasn't sure if I wanted to wait 20 minutes in line when there were other restaurants nearby. I ended up ordering A Wreck, which tastes like a regular Subway sandwich. Seriously, I didn't find much of a difference in taste and I'm not likely to go back.

Food here is amazing. Huge portion and reasonably priced. Staff were all friendly except for 1 particular girl with spectacles and tied up black curly hair working on 15th Jan evening. Second time interacting with her and both times she’s very rude.

Overpriced fast food quality sandwiches. I ordered the avo turkey sub and garden vegetable soup. The soups came out of a plastic bags on a heating machine, which was unappetizing to say the least. Customer service was poor too. Such a shame as I’d expected more given the chain’s heritage.
