Put in a pickup order at 11:30am. It's now 12:34pm. It's been over an hour and I am late to get back to my job. I have spent my entire lunch break waiting for my pickup order. They offered me a "cookie". Do not waste your time here during the lunch hour. Not with it for a sandwich.
The food is good but the customer service here is suspect. Pre orders via app are late. Essential toppings like tomatoes out of stock. Not sure what the deal is here but something is off every time I visit. If customer service and management improves then this place will be a five star establishment.
So i walked by this place everyday for a month or so before i walked in. The atmosphere is casual and the overall experience was awesome. The people are welcoming very polite and OMG the food... Their menu has a variety of soups, salads, subs, handmade shakes and smoothies. You'll never leave hungry or unsatisfied. I have now been a member of this Potbelly team for about 3 wks now and i love my job. Not only do they have great food and service i can now say they treat their employees just as well as we are to treat our customers. Come join us in creating excitement! (JUICE) Loving lunch again

Ordered food from a delivery app. My kid wanted soup in the worst way possible. So I ordered a sandwich and cup of soup for myself and bowl of soup for my kid. When the order came, the cup of soup was veggie minestrone (not even close to cheddar broccoli) and the bowl was the chicken pot pie soup (closer to cheddar broccoli, but not correct). The store threw in 2 cookies because the "correct" soup wasn't ready yet. The soups went straight to the trash. Wish I got a refund instead.
Great sandwiches and a frequent haunt for lunchtime. When you show up for lunch and the line snakes through the whole inside, DONT WORRY! The line moves extremely quickly and you'll get your sandwich in no time. Also recommend the Oreo/cookies and cream milkshake!
Mediocre sandwiches, typically on the dry side and the bread isn't anything special. I do appreciate that they have vegan options, I like the hummus. Their shakes are great, banana is always good and comes with a little cookie on the straw. Yum!
Ordered the turkey avocado sandwich (slim), and it was pretty good. For a full meal one might need a side or two to fill up with a slim, but even the slim is a decent size sandwich.
I had placed an order for delivery, but it was close to the time they close. So, a DoorDash driver picked it up for delivery. The driver made a mistake and gave my order to another customer. Potbelly immediately called me to let me know, and I said I was okay to accept a refund because it was then after they already closed. But instead they re-made my order for me and called another DoorDash driver to deliver it! I just thought that was super nice and great customer service. Also the food is bomb. 😊
terrible food, terrible management, and terrible customer service make for one of the worst experiences at a sandwich shop that I’ve ever had. I would rather eat an old Subway sandwich out of the trashcan than come back to this potbelly sandwich location. One of my worst food /restaurant experiences in my whole life.
