This is my first time trying their sandwich and was really impressed. The filling was good not too much but not skimpy either. The only thing I have to say that the sandwich was cold, not toasted probably. Ordered through grubhub, they should include the option for getting it toasted or not. Otherwise I liked it.

Long lines and wait times but sandwiches are tasty. Good change from the regular food. Great options to choose from and customize your own sub the way you like it. Do add artichokes for an up-charge, it’s worth it. Nice sit down spaces with good ambience too.

I frequent this Potbelly quite often during the evenings after the completion of my longer shifts. The staff has consistently been kind, completing my order in a standard amount of time. Each order I have enjoyed well. I would like to mention the review posted before mine. I saw those two folks. To be treating Potbelly staff so poorly at 7pm on a Friday evening... man, I hope my life never gets that bad. A wrong order elicits appropriate feedback, but to be upset that others speak English + other languages is quite ridiculous. What I can say is that the staff was extremely professional and handled the situation better than most would. The gentleman took down key information and spoke calmly. The lady carried on operations for the rest of the customers. Thank you!

People working here are really nice! I ordered a pick up order while when I arrived, it can not be found on the shelf. They told me it may be stolen cuz they remembered my order. To my surprise, then they carefully write down my order and remake it in a super fast speed! Like all the people working here!

Sandwiches here are amazing, but it’s just too expensive. Will pick potbelly over subway any day, but the Mac and cheese noodles are overcooked. Only come here if you have the potbelly perks app and get the free cookie or something.

Definitely a great location. Great food quality, order is always correct & ready when they say it is gonna be. Like to pick up and my order is on the shelf all ready to go!

Everything about my visit today was frustrating. I placed an order to be picked up at 1:15pm. I finally walked out with my order at 1:52. I expected to walk in, grab my stuff, and leave. Instead I was left standing there waiting for them to get organized for over half an hour. There was one person who was working the register and bagging the pick up orders, and she didn't seem particularly interested in doing either of them quickly or efficiently. I heard one guy say he had been there waiting over an hour! Are you kidding me? Sandwiches piling up ready to be bagged and booted out the door, and no one was putting food in bags and giving them to customers. I get that 1:00 is a rough time for places around Amazombie-land. I've lived here for years, I know what to reasonably expect. This wasn't it. This was beyond unreasonable. I called after to get a refund on my order, and it's like they didn't even care. They were just going to refund it no questions asked. I had to ask if they wanted to know why I wanted a refund.

I am not a person that causes trouble , or fights with anyone, but this is the first time I've ever been treated so disrespectful by the cashier and the online order preparer. She tossed our Macaroni and sandwiches and was visibly upset with is for requesting a shake , as a first time customer I'm definitely never coming back.

I generally love this place and have for years, but this last order I got I got straight up ripped off. Buy one get one free on an “Italian”. $20 for what amounts to 3 slices of meat a slice of cheese and a whole lot of disappointment. If i wanted to eat a school cafeteria sandwich I would do it at home for 4$ not $40. Beyond lame

Make sure to check your order after you get it. When you order a BLTA sandwich here, they will give you a sandwich with just bacon inside. No lettuce, tomato or avocado in sight. Why have items on the menu if they are not going to make them?
