Great food, good staff, the cashier was kind of cold and rude... (Could be just my imagination as well)
Suraya and Feven super friendly great service and amazing memory!! Crazy good
I never order food delivery, but I was stuck at work and had no choice. And this is why. I wish I'd either ordered Subway, or waited 5 hours to eat at home. I spent over $20 on the worst sandwich I've ever had. One tiny piece of bacon on a BLTA, it was basically a mayonnaise avocado sandwich. First and last time eating here.
had to write a review when i usually never do. how does a $12.99 pick two order cost $19?!?! they scammed me. blame the uneducated cashier but that’s unacceptable. sandwich is alright. definitely not worth the cost. its basically a glorified subway
Garden veg soup was so good. Perfect for cold and windy day. I ordered a wreck sandwich. It was very meaty and good portion.
Customer service was terrible. When we walked up to the counter, the employee didn’t acknowledge us—he just glanced our way after a few minutes. After we ordered and paid, we waited about 15 minutes before the staff even realized we were still standing there. Turns out, they hadn’t even started making our order. As for the food, the sandwich was dry and bland, but the kettle chips were delicious. On the plus side, the restaurant was clean and spacious.
Sandwich was very dry like they used old bread. Almost no cheese. Asked for onions and they added as many as the rest of ingredients combined. Steak was dry and had probably been sitting for a while. These people don'y know how to make a sandwich. All of the other places nearby are a better option.
Management, executives, etc. Why is there still no solution to the horrible arrangement of ordering and then repeating your exact order to the sandwich assembly then again to the cashier. Why do you still not have a solution that resolves this confusion line? You have these poor workers trying to remember by word of mouth what people ordered. How do you not allow printing a slip, something, anything so that we dont have to repeat the order a thousand times. Do you know how easy it is to lie to your cashier because there is no communication between the sandwich person and cashier, and then just score a more expensive sandwich? FIX YOUR LINE ARRANGEMENT JESUS CHRIST
Good food, great service and atmosphere - can't ask for more. Came here after an awful experience at the Potbelly store on Madison St. which messed up my order and a store manager who was rude, dismissive, and confrontational. Difference was day and night. Keep up the great work!
I have been eating lunch at this location and the Potbelly in Bellevue for over a year now. This location’s meat quality is worse than in Bellevue. The sandwiches don’t feel fresh and overstuffed with meat. Staff should know when a sandwich is overstuffed and makes the bread soggy.
