I ordered orange chicken and grilled teriyaki as an online order, but why is there only an orange chicken?
Wonderful staff and team work. Management is lucky to have great personnel FOH and BOH were efficient and consistent!
Very rude staff. Asked if I could sample the orange chicken. Response was “you’ve never had orange chicken before.” I said not from here. He says, “orange chicken is the same everywhere.” His coworker steps in and says actually it’s not and sends him to the back. This was the only reason I didn’t walk out right then and there. So disappointing because I come frequently during lunch breaks but the disrespect paired with high prices is not worth it. I will not be returning. Wok in the fashion district has a significantly friendlier staff.
The food and service was excellent!!I ordered the Kong Po Chicken and noodles.. Spicy just the way I love it!!
Ordered a bowl with orange chicken and super greens. Was told 1-2 minute wait for super greens, so I waited by the register. 4-5 minutes later a different associate asks if I had ordered so I explained. 20 minutes later I never got the bowl.
It’s a Monday, the young lady was doing an extraordinary job filling up everybody’s orders in a timely manner. The guy at the cash register was moving very slow and now I’m on my way home with a order that’s not mine
Terrible Customer service at this Panda Express. I had to wait around 30 minutes to pick up my mobile order. I think they’re understaffed because there were two registers, and only one employee was there at a time.
Too much onions and cabbage in the lo mein. More onions and cabbage than noodles. The steak and beef were ok.
My other Chinese go to 🤗 I've had the chicken, beef, and seafood bowl or plate. I like them all!! Today I'm trying the spicy chicken Buldak spicy😋🥵 yes Hot but had a good taste along with the fried rice. Grabbed a second bowl for my bestie. They chose Walnut Shrimp another good choice😁 Got theirs free🤗 from a deal offered through the Panda App! Anyways, I'm sniffing with full flavor lol 😆
Horrible food spend about 90$ litteraly got nothing but vegetables with 2 pieces of chicken in each box with rice and noodles. Absolute rip off of a place with garbage food.
