insanely ignorant staff that can care less. when you have a line of people, you kick it up a gear and work faster, not slower. it's like they were TRYING to move as slow as they could. why staff a major chain like panda express in the heart of center city with 14 year old girls? great business move. also saw staff downright ignoring customers. Go anywhere else.
They don’t wear gloves or hair nets. They are always rude. No Chinese people work there or cook the food, so like is it even really Chinese food? 😂 The tables are always sticky, always have to wipe them before sitting down. & again the people who work there just have the worst attitudes in the world, their always in a rush while your picking what you want & huffing & puffing. It’s just an uncomfortable annoying place to eat & I love the food but I always have to get it to go...
I rarely ever leave bad reviews - with no malice towards Panda Express, when you are this close to Chinatown, you can easily get food that is 10xs this quality for a cheaper price. The only thing worth getting is the orange chicken, and even that is only about half as good as anything else I've gotten from Chinatown. I would not recommend eating here.
Food was excellent, it filled me up. It used to be a McDonald's at 10 & Market. Thank God they got those 🃏's outta here. The girls behind the counter were really nice, service was fast.
This establishment has really improved over the past year. Now I feel welcomed when dining. I hope this continues! It really all depends who is working that day I have noticed.
Typical Panda Express in terms of the food and way it's prepared/served. Would give 5 stars but other than the female manger, the other employees could care less about customer support. Plus, don't think you'll go in for a bite and cool off on a hot day as they must not have any air conditioning...I ate there twice during my trip, days apart, and it was just as hot on the inside as it was on the outside. Second time, took my food back to my meeting to enjoy.
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Very bad first time experience! Ordered from DoorDash as a first time customer and the employees who completed my order had the audacity to include everything--chow mein, rice, kung pao--and leave out the orange chicken! This was the main reason I had ordered the food and they left it out. As you can image, I was very irate! However, not only did they did this for one platter, but also for the kids platter as well! They gave me a box full of rice and vegetables with no main entree. Will never order from this restaurant again, especially online!!
I had a couple appetizers. They were good, and affordable. It filled me up. Service was quick and friendly. I'll go back there.
I get here later in the evenings on the way into work. The only issue I have is sometimes they may have run out of a food item & you might have to wait up to 5 minutes for them to restock it. Otherwise I frequent here often
I was there 5 min ago. Big portion of chicken teriyaki with broccoli and fried rice for 13$ drink included. Service was a little slow but. Food is good.
