Panda Express

I asked for fresh honey sesame chicken bc it looked soggy and they just sprinkled more sesame seeds ontop of the same batch of sesame chicken and called it a new batch .. used to be my go to location but I won’t be back.

Upon entering this location, I couldn't even tell where the line began because there's no sign indicating where to stand and people were just randomly walking up to the counter ahead of others who were already there before them. Then there was a long wait due to there being only one employee working behind the counter while the others were in the kitchen just standing around socializing. After waiting over 10 minutes to place my food order, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes just to pay for it because the gentleman behind the counter decided to leave my meal sitting at the prep table while he went to tend to other customers which made absolutely no sense. The food itself was as flavorless as the mundane lives of those who had prepared it. The fried rice was dry and the beef with broccoli was bland and kind of rubbery. This was basically Chinese food if it was made in a public school cafeteria. At some point during my meal, I actually heard an employee loudly hocking a loogie in the kitchen (clearing their throat and spitting phlegm basically) which left quite an unsettling feeling. I mean, talk about gross. That was when I immediately decided to dump my tray into the trash and just leave without ever looking back. This place needs to be either shut down or regularly inspected. Just... ugh.

Been here two days in a row both experiences were a little bad! Malyna was rude when I asked her why was she taking people who had Uber orders before the people who waited in line and she proceeded to get smart and started slamming the food. The next day I was ordering my food and the manager Maya was trying to get the line down but not completing people orders and was just rushing. She went right on to the next person before I could even ask for something else.

The food was good, and what I got was fresh, but the serving size and Styrofoam containers are soo small now!!! And, what's up with that Little Red Chinese take out box 📦 where only about 2.5 tablespoons of food can fit inside 🤔???

Food was disgusting. Employees were rude. The one who took my order had an attitude and slid my food to me and said “here”. She was also scratching her head while being at the cash register. She better be glad I was too tired to say anything.

Service was great, a guy even came to our table and asked how the food was. He got some soy sauce for me.

Okay, I visited this location a few weeks backs and the food was tasteless and cold, I figured I’d give them another try today I ordered the two entree and one side the lo mein noodles that they gave me was a very small portion I have been going here for a very long time never received such a small portion and then the noodles were dry and cold dry and cold the teriyaki chicken was tasteless and had a lot of fat on it. Very dissatisfied and disappointed

We ended up stopping here because we had a over crowded bus & the bus company was sending another bus. The place is a decent size, and was clean. It can be drafty (it was winter when we went) & when I went it was VERY under staffed & I felt bad for those 2 girls the have to serve the ALL the people that were coming in. I applaud them however because they did a great job & didn't lose their cool/have attitude. The guys in the back (only 2 again) expedited food as fast as they could. The food was good (classic Panda Express) cooked well. The bathroom was clean, you need a code to get in but that's part of why it was clean. I would definitely stop by again if in the area Only con was that they needed more people because the wait at the time was about 15-20mins before we could give order than still had to wait for food to come out

New customer to Panda Express. Just want to thank Sammy, Jay, Jervy. These employees went over and beyond to make sure I received fresh prepared food. My wait time was very short. The food here is very flavorful. If you are in the area and want a good meal in a short period of time you will not be disappointed. I hope the other Panda restaurants provide this level of service. I usually get the Kung Pao mixed with Teriyaki or Sweet and Sour chicken over lo mein.

Use to be my favorite panda E but then they got greedy with the portions. I'm not paying 10+ for a kids meal sized bowl. Any other panda express actually gives you a fair amount for what you spend but not over here. There's always somebody new. Train them right and not to be so stingy because customer not coming back off of 1 bad experience
