And there is a huge parking problem outside and a guy working on a closed crane is not even looking at us and the delivery time is only 10 minutes or so to be ready and we are waiting here for more than 30 minutes. I am not getting any parking outside today. No one is getting any good parking. The delivery guy is the one who is closed and inside there is a black guy who is very rude to us.
The worst possible location. The staff was frustrated and had the nastiest attuned especially one cashier who just decided I’m going to throw everything wrong in the trash. I’ve never seen that much waste in my life with the homeless right outside the doors on the street. So just like your friend Popeyes next door NEVER AGAIN!!! And management you need someone in there to LEAD because it was a mess. And thank for my half portions of entrees and I didn’t get nothing I wanted.
Employees seem confused that my order was a pick up online order and that I was not an Uber driver or a door dasher. Asked for confirmation on my phone and then when I showed them, the confirmation said that they needed my phone number also. I gave my name when I first entered. Order was also not ready, in the time promised had to wait 10 minutes for other people who were ordering in the store. What's the point of ordering on the app if I still have to wait for others in the store
This location is one of my favorites. The food is always fresh and the staff is nice. They will make something fresh if you ask. The manager is great, and comes out often into the dining room to make sure customers are happy. My favorites are the Sweetfire Chicken and Shanghai Angus Steak. Portion sizes are great for the price.
I just wish there was more seating areas. Good place for lunch.
If could give them a zero star I would not busy, place was basically empty manager on her phone yapping away and I waited 30 minutes for one order . Place is horrible don’t go.
Forced to verify who i am every time I pick up. Just because you dealt with theft, the burden shouldn't fall on me. Also, being cheap with the portions doesn't help.
The stuff were not professional . They deal with customers rudely. The food is good and the place is clean and beautiful to sit in.
Yesterday I visited to Panda Express 942 Market St, and that was really great experience, speed of service from the team member was quick, friendliness of staff was great specially for Kelvin, the one at cashier area. He’s quick and friendly, he also give recommendation for new menu entree that’s really tasty and kinda spicy. This store was really good restaurant at center city of Philadelphia
There was quite a line but it was worth it. The young lady who completed my order was pleasant and swift, making sure that I had everything I needed. The staff, overall, was pleasant and professional. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. I LOVE PANDA!!
