The bejing beef is like dough batter it is not beef at all. Looks amazing takes disgusting. The steak was good . The environment is very chaotic and no where at all to park .
Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Panda Express location. Last night, my young daughter urgently needed to use the bathroom, and the staff refused to let her use it simply because she didn’t buy anything. She was with her dad and aunt at the time, and everyone in the restaurant was shocked and upset by how she was treated. Denying a child the bathroom is not only unprofessional — it is inhumane, unsafe, and shows a complete lack of basic compassion. No employee or manager stepped in to correct the situation. Instead, they acted rude and dismissive. If the staff and management at this location cannot show the slightest decency to a child in distress, then they should not be in customer service. The food quality has gone downhill, the service is terrible, and the attitude from the employees is unacceptable. I will never return to this location, and I will be reporting this incident to Panda Express corporate. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated, and the entire staff needs retraining immediately.
Did not give my $7.50+change. The first thing you hand someone is receipt and change not take money get food hand over food. I have the feeling that is not the first time and y'all play around way too much in there. This is why I don't come downtown. It's become so ghetto. Smh

Patricia, Maya, and Jayonna, was so pleasant and made sure my food was fresh!!!!! Been here so many times and never received the kind of service I received today from these ladies!!!!

I go here often since I work nearby. There’s plenty of places to eat Chinese food around here but I always seem to end up at Panda Express because I know the food will not come with any surprises. I also like how it’s right in front of you unlike many Chinese places which seem a little sketchy in regards to food preparation. The employees are attentive, nice and helpful. You can choose you dine in or take it to go. I typically grab it, go back to work and eat at my desk. For about $10 dollars you can get a pretty large meal. I’m usually very full afterwards.
Placed my order 20 minutes in advance to finally get there, be told something will be done in two minutes. Waited the next 25 minutes for them to even start cooking it. When I asked the substitute that they did, but then held my plate behind the counter for another three minutes and then gave me my food. In the top of it all off, they ran out of forks. I’m never the one to complain about the food industry, but this was just not it.
