I waited almost one full hour from the time I placed my order until I finally received my food. During the wait, I asked about my order, but the staff did not start preparing it at all. My order was never made during that time. It wasn’t until I asked for the second time that they finally printed my ticket from the system and started making my food.
Kelvin is awesome and the quality here is consistent. Not bad customer service and qualify for being where this is location is
Average at best, reheating at hotel....blah... Chicken chewy....brisket....well
It was the end of the night before close so no options for real but we did get what they had and enjoyed it. Stayed in and I did like the view of the street because of the huge windows. It's in center city so it's never really a dull moment or view
I like here. Definitely will come again. Next time with drink.

This was the worst tasting food I've had in a while. This is my 2nd visit at a panda express. My 1st was out of state ( FL) and I remember it being pretty tasty, so I never expected to have food this bad. I had the beef broccoli, chicken and string beans, orange chicken and rice. The broccoli tasted old and sour, the beef had a nasty flavored sauce. The string beans also, tasted old and the chicken was bland. The orange chicken was mid and soggy. The rice was just okay. I need a zero stars option
Fast, like it’s supposed to be. I was impressed with the quality tho, the best Panda Express I’ve tried so far.

Fast and friendly service, food was delicious 😋 and fresh . Nice and clean area plus 🚻 coded. Great ambiance in general. 🤗
