Visted here from England and Panda Express never fails to impress me. Decent Prices, huge portions sizes, friendly staff and food out of this world.... Sooo worth it if you like Chinese Please can you come to England
I've been here several times since they opened, let me tell you, this place stays busy! I don't think there's ever been a time I've come by and the place wasn't poppin. That said, the staff is always very friendly, and usually give generous portions when possible. It's difficult to keep the food 100% stocked when it stays so busy, but understand that they try their best and do a very good job of bringing us the freshest food available, every time.
I had never been to a Panda Express and was excited to go and I wasn’t disappointed! I got a bowl meal and was shocked that it was only $8. You get a side and an entree. Food was good, service was quick as the food is set up like a hot bar. Employees were great and I was grateful for multiple seating options!
Wow, what a great fast food experience! Delicious fresh food served well (& uneventfully). This is a very clean well maintained restaurant. They care about customer service when few seem to. They messed up 1 little thing in my order before I even noticed (that's part of why I didn't ding them on stars) & threw in an extra chicken egg roll to make up for it. What a lovely, yummy surprise. I wish I hadn't missed the chance to try their spicy version of the orange chicken. Nice way to up the ante on a go-to staple. I hope they bring it back.
What happened to this place? New management? No one was in line. I placed my order and stood at the register waiting and waiting. I asked the worker who got my food if someone can ring me up. A guy finally comes up. Slams down supplies he was carrying. Wow! I had to tell twice during him ringing me up that I was dining in and asked twice for soy sauce. Clearly someone was having a bad day but it shouldn't translate to bad service. Also, is it me or does this not look like a double serving of Beijing Beef? I'm so glad they are opening a new location in South Philly!
It's always something wrong whenever I order, highly incapable staff
I always order online and they always create problems in giving the order, the food quantity is most of the times low

Had the black pepper chicken and Beijing beef with chow mein and rangoons. Food was alright. Rangoons missed the spot. Panda has changed their recipes alot over the last 2 decades so I rarely eat there now but for nostalgia sake I had to do it. I never get the orange chicken or teriyaki chicken anymore since they changed those recipes way back when, they don't even make the sauce fresh anymore and serve it hot out the pan, they use packet teriyaki now but I did sample the shrimp and steak which was delicious and tender. If I ever go back, it'll prolly be for that!
About an hour into waiting for our delivery, our order got cancelled. Called just now to see what happened, but no one picked up. There's been a few instances where something like this has happened or we've been delivered someone else's food. They've refunded us and let us do the order again previously, but I dunno what happened this time.
