EDIT: They have the weirdest policy here when you sell clothes. They'll offer only whole dollars, always rounding down in their favor. So their printed offer says, for example, $25.67 or $18.59, and they'll only give you $25 or $18. Every time, they do this and I push back, and they huff and puff and say I'm a jerk for wanting the full amount. They certainly don't round the change down when I buy clothes! They owed me 63 cents today and gave it in almost all pennies. They lost the other 1.5 stars I'd given them before. Probably 2.5 stars rounded to 3 for now. 3* is supposed to mean "it's okay," and I guess that's about right. I'm not complaining about the prices or the amount offered on a buy; both of those I thought were okay. But the customer service here is really atrocious. If you can get in and out with minimal interaction with the employees, you'll do fine. But if it requires anything more than scanning your merchandise and accepting payment, buckle up. I brought in one bin of clothes at opening time, and the pick-up estimate was "a couple of hours" to process and make an offer (fair enough). This was at 10 AM, so I expected an update by early afternoon. Never came. At 6 PM, it still showed as processing, but there's a warning that rejects will be discarded and orders finalized if I don't pick up by closing (8 PM, I think), so I called. No answer. Called again later. No answer. Store closes, and my my sell order still shows as processing. (?). No update from store. Called the next morning about ten minutes after they opened. No answer. Finally, around noon the second day, the text comes through that the order was complete. I go by a couple of hours later, and the staff seems really put out that my order was from the day before. Girl running the register had trouble getting me the cash, and the girl she yelled to for help barked at us both like we were interrupting her phone scrolling from the back. On second thought, maybe it should be 2*. I'll try them a second time, but if it's bad again, I won't a third. Edit: I'm out. Just do a good deed and give the stuff to that Bibles for China thrift store on Macon.
Horrible service!!!! I do not.recommend anyone go to this store ever!!!!!!!!!! I brought in a jogging stroller.and a tote full of clothes. It took over an hour to inspect the stroller. The service was nonexistent!!!!! The staff looked over myself and a few other people of color. I am disgusted with the quality of service and the discriminatory treatment not only myself but other people of color have experienced at this specific location. I have never felt so.disrespected. One staff member stated that she wished it would rain so people would STOP coming in. she said this loudly and in a crowded store. I will NEVER set foot in this store ever again. Im disgusted.
There is no one you take every thing in my bag and my offer was 22.00 I had coats a shoes today lately sell and offer haven’t been fair now days and management need.to know that it’s like you offer me a 1.00 or 1.50 or 2.00 for merchandise but you will sell it for way more that’s not fair

Don’t bother trying to sell at this location. Brought in some of my sons clothes, all different sizes and from all different seasons (I understand they don’t take certain seasons of clothes depending on what time of year it was) all the clothes were clean, not stained, mostly still with tags on them from Nike to target brand & carters. Brought it in around 1pm on a Friday and they said it wouldn’t be ready until Monday. Get a text on Monday and all they could offer was $3. The employees there seem annoyed. Better off going to another location
Staff was so rude this past weekend. Seemed like they all just hate their job . I normally love this place for selection.
I brought in a full bag of clothes to sell, and they accepted 16 items and offered just $25. It felt ridiculous, especially since the clothes were gently used and like new. Honestly, it felt like a rip-off, so I won’t be selling anything to them again
A really good place to shop for you're kids, they have cloths and shoes.
Aaliah is very rude and not pleasant. When I asked her for help she just pointed to the area that I asked for help in. And when we were at the register she acted as if she did not want to help me and pretty much ignored or answered with an unpleasant attitude as if she didn't want to help me or no longer wanted to be at work. I prefer not to deal with her she isn't pleasant or nice.
I always find great bargains for my grand daughter
