They advertise that you can sell out of season clothes anytime of the year but don't waste your time! I brought 2 trash bags full of clothes some with the tags still on and they bought NOTHING. NOT ONE THING. The worker told me they were not buying fall items or anything smaller than a size 6! I wasted an hour just for them to tell me this and the cashier STILL had the nerve to ask me if i still wanted to purchase what i had picked out while waiting! Um no! This store is fraudulent if you ask me!
The inside of the store is nice and clean,great selection of clothes,fair prices, and fair buy back prices too. The only thing that irritated me was that all but 1 employee was wearing a face mask. The outside of the store is a whole other issue. Their trash can was OVERFILLING & SMELLS HORRIBLE! This isn't the first time. I really wish someone would take it out.
Store was clean and neat. However some items were not taken due to said wear and tear. Items were new with tags and one was worn 2x child just outgrew. Items that were given a price of $7.60 were a jumper and a pricey dress worn once. No thanks I'll yard sell! I have more time than money. The store is stuffy and smells
I love shopping at once upon a child, thrift store prices for name brand clothes! You can find almost anything your looking for, from clothes to dresses, shoes and accessories. Always something for the holidays or any occasion, Always having a sale, become a member and earn points towards discounts! Friendly and helpful staff, will buy gently used clothing and other items, children's clothing from infants to teens! Highly recommend!
I like the idea of cleaning out my sons closet. But other than that you might as well have a yard sale. Once you drive to the store and have them tell you one time. You come back and they still aren't ready. So give you another time. So u come back and they still aren't ready. What!!! So by they time they actually pay you its not even enough money for your time you wasted nor the drive!!!! Next time I'll save my gas and open my garage..
The Chelsey manager was very unprofessional and staff was too. I tried to get in touch with owner but Chelsey manager wouldn't give not number. She was to busy texting on her phone than help customer. They other girls in the front talk than working. It was only four out of 11 people working . They was April,Ruby,Blakey, and Kailey. So if you going in ask for on of them. This a wonderful store but as some bad workers.
As a first time parent, I was a little apprehensive about shopping here. Not sure whether to get a crib or bouncer or play yard. The staff in this store were very warm and helpful in buying the right stuff. They took time to answer all my questions about products. I have been to the other Once upon a child in Collierville, the staff there were not so quite helpful. But in Cordova they did answer my questions, and went above and beyond in helping me carry some stuff out when I badly needed help. My five stars for the staff and the store manager Mariah. Also, all the products were neatly organized. I would definitely recommend this store.
It was very organized, I forgot I was buying already used stuff.
There Customer Service is very poor. They actually don't check your stuff. I brought very nice stuff and they just tumbled it up and took 2 or 3 pieces and said they will give 3 dollars and when I questioned the lady she stated my stuff was really nice and she wasnt the person who looked over it. People need to do their job or not work in this area of work.
I really appreciate the employees and manager at this location. They are very fast, efficient and super friendly as well. They make you feel welcome when you come into the store and try to take care of you in a timely manner. I will definitely continue to give them my business.
