If you’re African American do not sell to this store! They open at 10:00 am I came in asked a few questions because this was my first time there and was told by one of the cashiers that I could bring my stuff in then a lady yells from the side an say we’re not accepting anything then took the sign off the door. So I walk out the door as I’m walking out a Mexican lady an her son are leaving the register. We get outside she’s parked next to me, she gets a HUGE bag out her truck a walks back to the door. I asked are they allowing you to sell says YES. So I call the store and ask are the accepting drop offs SHE SAYS YES WE ARE. I asked until what time she says 8:00 i asked pm correct she says YES. Ok cool so why was I just told inside the store you’re not accepting drop offs? Then she lies like I didn’t record the first time she said the wasn’t accepting drop offs a recorded the phone conversation! So yes I will be filing a discrimination lawsuit!
Paul is very rude and treats his employees miserably, I shall tell everyone I know to never shop at this location.

My family and I just left the store completely unsatisfied. We were shopping in the store because they were having a huge clearance sale on things that were not red tagged. We were in the store for hours. We go to the checkout and the cashier is saying more than half our items did not apply to the sale because it was a summer and spring sale. No where in the store or on the signs they had up said the sale was only for summer and spring apparel. The lady even said herself the sale was for any item that didn’t have a red tag. Another cashier comes up beside her and says she had already rung up and checked out customers with long sleeve shirts and fall/winter apparel as well because the signs didn’t say the sale was only for summer and spring things. How can you let some customers get away with something but not others for something that is your fault. You did not clarify to your customers or your workers. We wasted precious time in your store thinking we were getting a deal and when we tried to state that it wasn’t fair, your worker checking us out told us we know now and walked away. Every customer near us heard the situation and how your worker unprofessionally handled this situation and said they would not be back either. You just lost loyal customers
Went in yesterday and loved the selection they had! A lot of good quality toys, shoes, books and clothes. I found exactly what I came in looking for!
I used to consistently shop at the Wolfchase location for my son years and years ago. I thought I would take my toddler daughter in to find some new clothes, and I was so disappointed. She picked leggings out that the knees were completely worn and I think the stain on them was blood… the quality is absolutely gone. They never used to accept items like that. We have better luck at goodwill for lower prices and far better quality.

The red head lady is Literally so rude and constantly shakes her head behind your back. So professional 👏🏻 🙄 she made it seem like my presence was inconvenient for her.
