Good deals on some things and others things are overpriced. Ex. Target bouncer $20 new...their bouncer $30 used. Clean and very organized store. Many of the clothes are at reasonable prices. Cheap toys. I have not sold anything to them but will update my review when I do.
Was my first time, and I didn't like the experience. Staff is very rude, just looks at you when you clearly need help. Did not want to return there so I had a garage sale; and very upset that I went there first. ( took a new, good condition Graco baby swing, she offered me $11....took it home and had yard sale got $40) Make your last option if all else fails!
If I could give this place a negative zero I would…..the place is very over crowded with ppl getting rid their children’s clothes etc…..( literally it’s a small section of the aisle where you have to wait because stuff is everywhere) instead of the young lady telling before she got my info that it will be 2-3 days before pick up( I work in retail, it’s suppose to be a limit for anything you do, customer service is key) I’ve never heard of such…it’s really absurd…. Hell in colleriville they have a sign that say “we are no longer accepting items at this time” that would help you all a lot instead of taking ppl stuff and people probably forgot about it…..smh a mess….I’ll never go to this location again. I don’t recommend to anybody….
The store doesn't close until 8pm but they claim to stop taking things at 3pm which is strangely odd when other locations still allow you to bring in items past 3pm. Why be open til 8pm if your not doing all that the store offers.
I brought some items to sell. They didn’t offer me what the items were worth. They're selling things for the price you would pay at a regular retail store, then offer a seller pennies on the dollar. I won't sell to/patronize this business.

If you are trading in or selling then it’s the place for you. The clothes selection and pricing is ok but i’ve seen the same and better at Oshkosh/Carter. The toys selection is fair given that every thing is used, so most were old, dusty and slightly dirty. I wanted to make sure the toy I was going to buy was operational but the clerk said they didn’t have batteries and gave me a discount, took it home and it worked so WIN WIN!
Dropped off 10 bags of designer children's clothes and had to wait 24 hours to come pick up 10 bag that weren't even gone through. And got paid $12.00 for one pair of brand new sperry's 2 pairs of boys pants and a toy.. Waste of time.
I brought an enormous amount of Mini Boden clothes, a high-end fashion brand, and over half were rejected. Meanwhile, they have a billion Target and Old Navy items for sale at relatively high prices. They also rejected a Hanna Andersson set. They broke up a Mini Boden dress set which makes me mad. The set is worth a lot. They did not do their research. I will not be back. I will sell these designer brands on eBay or marketplace. Finally, the wait was absurdly long, despite me waiting in the store where staff could see me. No one notified me they had finished looking at the clothes. I didn't learn this until I walked up and asked.
I used this service twice. I bought a large collection of Ralph Lauren and a few items from J. Crew, Land's End, LL Bean and Gap. I was offered less than 20% of the actual cost that these items are generally sold for at thrift stores around town. While I waited for my offer, I browsed the store for comparable items in larger sizes. Some items were torn, faded and overall of poor quality, yet, a few of my items that were refused were in much better condition. This store is a rip off. I have since given items to the charities. This reward is far greater than the little monetary reward that Once Upon a Child offers.
