This company forces people who have been exposed to covid to come in instead of quarantining. This company does not care about their employees they are highly unprofessional 10 out of 10 would recommend for you just to go somewhere else no point in your baby getting covid or RSV because these people act like it doesn't exist.
Because my girlfriend has sold a pack and play in the past before for $20. That was last time around Christmas. And today we sold one, along with 3 other items and received the same amount for them. Just seems like it should've been a little bit more...
I come to store all the time and have such a great experiance. I would sugest dealing with jody she is so nice and such a pleasant person to deal with. I miss her when shes not there because she is so helpfull. Anyway great place to buy and sell clothes and toys
The employees were nice. But they really don't pay you what your product is worth. I will not sell to them again. I'd rather have a yard sale and sale it on market place.
When working with children’s clothes if an employee tells you they’ve been exposed to covid you should let them quarantine. It not only puts the workers at risk but also the people who are wearing/ purchasing the clothes. Asking for a drs note is pointless given the fact that it takes days for covid symptoms to settle in and the test wouldn’t be positive. Management really needs to be considerate of other’s health.
I tried to get rid of some of my child old clothes and shoes, and stood in line for like 15 mins only for her to tell me when I get to the register they aren’t taking any buys, and they don’t say anything to you they just stare and be awkward and have a attitude, that was my first time in that location and my last and everything looks a mess and disorganized behind them. No thanks!
At this point I'm convinced it's a race thing. When I go in the store and I deal with a caucasian person they offer me the lowest amount for name brand like new items, and when I'm greeted by an African American person I get decent prices. I'm over them at this point rather sle on craigslist or fb market before I ever go back here.
This place is horribly managed. You never know when they’re actually going to open. I’ve sat in the parking lot more than half an hour after their posted opening time and eventually gave up. You have to call to make sure they’re accepting any clothes at that time before wasting your time driving out, if you’re lucky enough to actually get them to answer.
I love shopping at once upon a child, thrift store prices for name brand clothes! You can find almost anything your looking for, from clothes to dresses, shoes and accessories. Always something for the holidays or any occasion, Always having a sale, become a member and earn points towards discounts! Friendly and helpful staff, will buy gently used clothing and other items, children's clothing from infants to teens! Highly recommend!
Store was clean and neat. However some items were not taken due to said wear and tear. Items were new with tags and one was worn 2x child just outgrew. Items that were given a price of $7.60 were a jumper and a pricey dress worn once. No thanks I'll yard sell! I have more time than money. The store is stuffy and smells
