Awful experience in the shoe department. My friends gave me Louboutin shoes for my 40st birthday, that I needed to exchange because I already had the same ones. Store associate Casey made me feel unwelcome and as I was a hassle. I wanted to get suede or velvet shoes, and instead of giving me any suggestions or showing me any shoes, he has told me to look online for shoes I like and that he can place order for a replacement. Then I wanted to try on the pair and I was handed one shoe in the box. He told me he did not know where the other shoe was. Even another customer noticed and asked me why I am only trying on only one shoe - I was embarrassed to reply that I was only given one. After I was done trying that shoe on, he brought a second shoe and placed it near the box. I asked for a refund and he told me the funds will go to the original payment. So I had to call my friend and tell her that I am returning their gift, she told me that they have used a store credit and no longer have an original card. So I asked Casey what will happen in this situation because on the refund receipt he gave me it stated original payment method was cash, but my friend paid in gift card and no longer has it. He told me that it will be either mailed or emailed to her, he did not know, and when I asked how long that would take - he told me that it will take awhile. So I decided to get something else instead of waiting for that refund to proceed. I choose different shoes that required additional payment and I placed the $200 difference on the counter. He looked at me and at the money back and forward and I asked if cash was ok, because it was really odd behavior from him. He said that he hoped I would hand the cash to him. I felt extremely uncomfortable and I could not wait to get out of the store, I was in tears, and needed to get out of the store, even though I needed to get more shopping done. This was humiliating shopping experience, I would never expect being treated that way in a luxury store. Never again any shopping at Cherry Creek Neiman shoe department. Update: I did sent the details to the customer service email provided below, and yet to hear back. I did go back to the store and talked to the manager who assured me to take care of me if I do not love the replacement shoes, and help me pick something I truly love.

Do NOT purchase Baccarat Rouge 540 from Neiman Marcus!! A wonderful perfume for $465. I purchased online from Neiman Marcus and received a bottle of what smells to be alcohol and water. ZERO FRAGRANCE! They will not issue a refund and are unapologetic about selling a total rip off, sub standard perfume as a high end fragrance! Theifs. They did issue a $125 credit. I bought a 2.4oz bottle of alcohol/ water for $240!!! I will also reach out to Maison Francis Kurkdjain and let them know Neiman Marcus is representing them extremely poorly.

I bought a $500 pair of pants here that expanded in size (what seemed like two sizes) when I wore them. So, I returned to the store to buy a smaller size. I was told that because I had worn the item, they would not return them. This is something about which Nordstrom, their competitor, would never blink an eye. Fortunately, when I spoke with the manager, she authorized the exchange but both she and the salesperson were both somewhat rude about it. So, take notice that if you buy something that is represented as one size and it in fact is not, they’re going to give you a hard time about exchanging it, regardless of how much money you’re spending there. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

Purchased a $500 dollar fragrance from the fragrance counter, the bottle came with a broken atomizer. I sprayed it once and knew it was broken so I took it back and the nasty people at the fragrance counter told me “there is nothing we can do for you” so now I am sitting here with a $500 fragrance with a broken atomizer. Egregious customer service. Safe to say I will never go back.

Know nothing about suits, suit separates or accessories. Poor selection. Poor assistance that doesn’t return after inquiring. Would only order from here if it was the only store carrying what I needed.

This was my first time ordering something online from Neiman Marcus and the whole experience has been a humiliating and embarrassing nightmare. Please never order anything online from Neiman Marcus. I ordered a gift for a loved one’s birthday and upon ordering it was informed it was supposed to arrive within 3-5 business days. After almost now 2.5 weeks of it not even having been shipped, I have had numerous calls to customer service. The agents have been rude and condescending, and each day the expected delivery date becomes later and later. I just received an email with an extended expected delivery date again this morning. I am upset, hurt, and most of all my loved one still does not have their gift. If you care about service or your item arriving at all- never shop with Neiman Marcus.

As a lifelong Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman customer, Liz at the La Mer counter is the most wonderful SA I have ever had. She takes such excellent care of me, is detail-oriented, and takes the time to make me feel at home in the store. She remembers what I like and has excellent follow-up. I recently moved back to Denver from FL and met her serendipitously as I was picking up my cream. She has become my go-to person for any Neiman Marcus purchases and I recommend her to all of my friends. Thanks Liz!

The person working the dress shirt section isn’t a good sales person. He told me to “go to Hugo boss” after asking to try on a few shirt’s. I left and went to Andrisen Morton and had one of the best shopping experiences of my life. Ended up buying 3 extra item’s.

Zero stars. Went there on Thursday, wanted to buy a pair of slides for my friend as a visiting gift before she leaves the US, but they didn’t have her size. The sales lady, Grace, told me that she could orders it and it usually arrived at store next day before noon for me to pick up or she could overnight them to my friends address if not arriving by noon. So I paid and texted her on Friday, but she NEVER responded. After 5 days, I wasn’t getting any info about my order, so I got my friend something else and called Neiman Marcus to cancel my order. The person on the phone told me she has noted my request and someone would call me within 24 hrs to confirm my cancellation. NO ONE ever called me and they didn’t process my cancellation either. When I called them the next day after 24 hrs, I got to speak to Grace and she said it’s too late to cancel she just packed the slides and she shipped them anyways. She was rude on the phone. She said she could send the return label once we got the slides but she NEVER did. I ended up paying $70 dollars out of my pocket just to ship the slides from my friends address to Denver so I can return. I never know that Neiman Marcus could have such unprofessional saleswoman in store. Very awful shopping experience and I was treated like a joke at all time. I would never come back.

My bestie and I were shopping there earlier this week. I had the best experience I have ever had at any fragrance counter. QUINN was so sweet, helpful, knowledgeable, etc. She happily answered questions I had about Chanel fragrances. She even introduced us to some Tom Ford she thought we might like. You can tell she loves her job.
