I normally shop at Nordstrom or the brand stores, directly. Thought I’d give this place a try. The manager, Melany could not have been more cold and rude. Among other things, I bought a $500 pair of Christian Louboutin slides that ended up injuring my feet. Her response? “Too bad. No returns or exchanges.” Not even an empathetic, “Oh my gosh, I’m so sorry to hear that happened!” Well, that’s the last time I ever shop here!

They're selling fake perfume. I've been using Terenzi Kirke for six years, and the perfume I bought from here is definitely not the same scent. They don't accept exchanges or returns. I will exercise all my legal rights.

Wow! Traditional customer service is still alive! I came in to town for a concert and forgot my concert attire. Shortly after arriving I was greeted by Patrica. She was lovely. She was truly there to help. I did not realize the store closed before the rest of the mall. I was not made to feel rushed at all. We found a great dress for my concert. When I was let out of the store by the manager, she was so very pleasant. Did not make me feel uncomfortable for being late. Tuned out she is going to the same concert. It is lovely when you feel valued when making a purchase. Glad to see it’s still alive! Thank you ladies.

I had such a great experience with Isabella! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my skincare needs. She took the time to walk me through the La Mer products and helped me build a routine that works for my skin. I truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations and outstanding service. Had a great time at this Neiman Marcus location in Cherry creek, all thanks to Linda in the men’s fragrance section! She was incredibly helpful and provided exceptional service, made the shopping experience very pleasant.

Love the selection of fragrances available to test! I do feel like eyes are on me as I'm trying cologne, but I understand they need the commission to pay the bills. Staff is generally good at checking to make sure you have been helped though.

Love their perfume selection, bought a bunch of different ones. Staff is very nice and helpful. Shout out to Ariana and Rose - both ladies are great!

My favorite store in the Cherry Creek mall! The staff are always so welcoming. The bathrooms are always clean. The selection of goods is unbelievable. I also love that Chanel gives facials for their clients. The window display is currently such a vibe for Chanel as well.

Yesterday, I visited Neiman Marcus with the intention of purchasing a perfume from Zents Ore, which costs around $80. A saleswoman approached me, visibly excited about my intent to buy. I handed her my Neiman Marcus gift card, confident it had enough balance to cover the cost. However, after a few swipes, she informed me that the card wasn't working and even asked me to try swiping it myself. When it still didn’t go through, I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed. She then inquired if I had another payment method, to which I responded that I did, but I preferred to use this card. She suggested I call someone to resolve the issue with my card. I asked if we could try another register, but she seemed frustrated and insisted that the register was functioning properly. Feeling let down, I left the store. Later, I decided to return and attempt to use my card again, as I was certain I had sufficient funds for the $80 purchase. I approached a different store representative, and the transaction went smoothly. Although I left happy, I still felt sad about the poor treatment I had initially received. It seems that with Neiman Marcus gift cards, you can't just swipe them; you actually have to enter the card numbers. The first saleswoman could have sought assistance if she was unsure, rather than being unkind to a customer.

I will never be shopping here again. My sales person is gone after so many years. I feel looked down on with most workers at this store, they make you feel uncomfortable. The customer service is shockingly poor as the staff seems disinterested and unhelpful, acting as if assisting customers was a burden rather than a part of their job. I believe that for a store that prides itself on luxury, I would expect much higher level of attentiveness and professionalism. We will never shop here again.
