I had the best experience with Mochi. The ease of scheduling my first doctor appointment and nutrition appointment was phenomenal. Dr. Mansfield was so great and personable. She did an excellent job explaining the whole process. I feel more secure and reassured. The only disappointment was the long processing time for my checking account to clear the funds. I would have used my debit/credit card had I known. I am so excited to get started.

BEWARE! Do not do business with them they are SCAMMERS! I booked my first appt but the provider cancelled stating they were not available during that time. I rebooked said appt again and the provider never showed up. Red flag 🚩 I didn’t appreciate them wasting my time and felt this was indicative of how poorly they handled business so I cancelled due to the provider never showing up but was told because of policy I could not be refunded for a service I never received. Booked very first appt, no service and they kept my money! I was never a subscriber as I never had an initial appt. I booked, paid and the provider never showed up to two appts. My money was taken and service was never rendered. I have just completed my first month with ALLURE RX AESTHETICS and I’m down one whole size. The meds are strong, extremely fast shipping and you deal directly with the NP or RN. They are located in several cities across the US and also do online consultations. ****They responded stating my subscription was cancelled and I wouldn’t be billed again but they never issued a refund for the almost $100 fee to start with them. *****

My insurance doesn't cover any weight loss treatment, so my Dr told me about Mochi and I am so glad they did. It was easy to sign up, had my appointment scheduled within a week, and the Mochi Dr was attentive, informative, and we had next steps planned. I am excited to get the medication and start seeing results. Very happy customer!!

Dr. Tiffany is amazing. She is very knowledgeable, understands peptides and how the body uses and assimilated them. She is very helpful and cares about any issues you may have. Great Doctor!
