I was very impressed with Mochi, they have wonderful communication with quick response time, and an easy to navigate patient portal. Dr. Britney Smith was very kind and helpful. I did not expect this kind of service, they surpassed my expectations and I am very happy i joined. I definitely recommend Mochi.

Great plans , I like how affordable they are I just started with them it’s been two months and I have about 15 lbs . I also like my provider Olivia she is great . However the only thing they need to improve is the calls they take so long to answer them and now the new pharmacy ugh man they are horrible I order my refill March 27 and still nothing today is April 14 . I liked the older pharmacy better . Also they do not respond the chat message via app .

Misleading and Unethical Practices – $79 Charge with No Service I was looking to subscribe to Mochi Health for tirzepatide. I already have a doctor’s prescription, but my insurance will not cover it. Previously, I tried with Ro, and while I was denied after the consultation and questionnaire, they at least refunded me promptly. With Mochi Health, I changed my mind before completing anything. I never had a consultation, never received a product, and never received any service. Yet they still charged me $79, which is non-refundable. This policy is not clear up front. Even after disputing it with my credit card, Mochi Health kept the money. To me, this feels like a complete scam — charging for nothing delivered and refusing to refund. At the very least, they should operate like other telehealth companies that stand behind their service and issue refunds when no care is provided. Instead, they prey on people who are already desperate for help. Bottom line: Be careful. You may lose money before you even speak to a provider.

I am so impressed with my experience with Mochi Health. I met with the nutritionist Mackenzie today. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I think I am pretty food savy, but I am really glad I had that meeting. She really helped me to focus on what I wasn't doing quite right, and gave me some very helpful suggestions. I am so motivated now after meeting with her. I can't wait to try out some of her ideas.

Providers are super kind, they really make sure that you’re comfortable and answer all of your questions.

I am only putting two stars because I would’ve given them five stars up until March. Issues with pharmacies have created chaos within this company. I was an established patient and requested a refill on March 19. For weeks I heard nothing but was told through social media mochi employees in their established group that this was expected because of changes in the pharmacy. My pharmacy has been changed multiple times and finally as of April 12 I was told that it had been resubmitted to the proper and current pharmacy. It is now April 21 and I have heard nothing further so I contacted the pharmacy directly and they have no record of a prescription being sent for me. I, like many others, have run out of my medication. Mochi’s messaging platform was always very prompt but at this point it is anything but. I have tried to call multiple times over the past several weeks and the late time is never less than an hour and there is no callback function. The money for my medication was removed from my bank account over a month ago and still nothing. I’m paying the monthly fee for the service and getting minimal help or feedback. I just want a resolution, whether that is a refund, or getting my medication shipped promptly with tracking information. Unfortunately, many established patients are missing their medication’s while mochi continues to advertise and pull in new patients who seem to be getting their medications. It is irresponsible to allow so many patients to run out of a medication. I will update if and when I get a resolution.

My Moochi provider was very informative, She talked about mice being used in a lab that had me in stitches and I’m vegan She was also nice and cute 🥰. I really enjoyed talking to her because I never felt judged once. She was even in the same state as I currently live in.

I loved my visit. I felt very comfortable. She listened to me and answered all my questions and concerns. We have a bit of a long road ahead, but she made me feel safe and that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you so much, Chesca.

NEVER EVER!!! Totally horrible experience! They messed up my medication. Debited my account TWICE without sending me my medication. Trying to get any help, you are bounced around from one phone rep to another and told different stories. I finally reported to Better Business Bureau as they never would refund my money they took and didn’t receive medication for… WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!! RUN RUN RUN FAST

I had a great experience with this provider! They were not only incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but they also showed genuine interest in my well-being. Their patience and kindness made me feel truly cared for, and it was clear that they sincerely want to support me on my journey. I'm excited and grateful for their support!
