I highly recommend not using this company for weight loss meds!!!! On July 3,2035 my first membership fee of $79 was taken on Jul 31 2025 my medication request was sent to the pharmacy after a payment of $199 was taken....on Aug 3 2025 another membership fee of $79 was taken and as of AUGUST 10th I am still not in receipt of the medication order (Status is Sent to Pharmacy). Due to the timelyness of this issue I requested a cancellation of shipping since it was still in ,"sent to pharmacy status and requested a refund of the $199 charged to my account...not including the 2 $79 charged to my account and received the following reply . Needless to say I will dispute the charge... I was also charged an additional $79 long after my cancellation and not only did I dispute the charge I HAD to replace my debit card in fear of being continuously charged the membership fee. It appears the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing with this company.

I’ve been with Mochi for 1 1/2 years and besides having an issue with getting my medication this month, I’ve had no problems. I called 3 days ago and got notification and a tracking number 2 days later. The wait time on the call was about 40 min. Issue was resolved. My doctor is amazing and the one I had before her was great too. Every company has their issues and this one has been hit with quite a few. I will continue to stay with Mochi.

Dr Angel Yap is one of the realist doctor's I have met. I love her honesty and transparency. She is there to help and it show's. Thought I have not started my treatment yet I'm just excited to know that I have the support here as well. Amazing 10/10 for Dr.Yap and Mochi. Now I am just waiting for the Dr. to approve my meds and on with the show. I am ready. I am just starting Mochi. I will be back to update once a month.

Currently super pleased with my experience thus far, the membership is decently priced, I truly didn't expect the provider I did my virtual visit to really be as informative and passionate about this as Tiffany Shilling was. She is actually in AZ which was nice since I am as well. She really took time to make sure she addressed any concerns/questions as well as inform of all the benefits and ESPECIALLY any possible side effects and solutions. She explained what to expect going forward and explained her suggestions thoroughly. Overall, she provided me with WAY more comfort knowing I have a provider who's genuinely passionate about my care and experience. I can't wait to start my journey :)

So far so good. I was not happy with my initial doctor so they let me switch and the new doc is great. She asks a lot of questions and is committed to making sure I am taking the correct meds for my needs. I’ve lost 60+ pounds so far and her main concern is my health. This is exactly what I was looking for.

**edit to add when I asked to speak with a manager i was told Id recieve a call in a few minutes which never happened. The rep strait up lied about escalating my customer service request. When i started with Mochi 2 years ago they were great. Support has gone downhill and I've switched to IVIM Health. Same price. Better service. Their clearly outsourced support is awful. My last medication arrived HOT (I live in Hawaii and this pack was delayed 3 days) and the rep is trying to tell me it's still safe to inject into myself and doesn't need to he chilled for 7 days and is aafe up to 300 degrees f. Like, what? ... then WHY do you ship it with ice packs. My provider never called on my last appointment day then refused to fill my already paid for prescription because she didn't talk to me. Asinine.

Working with Shaun has been an absolute pleasure. From the very first conversation, he made communication effortless—always responsive, clear, and genuinely invested in understanding my needs. Based on our discussions, I have no doubt that I’m on the right path and will achieve the results I’m looking for. Brent Reeves is my Dr during virtual meetings and I can't say enough about how nice and professional he is and very laid back and always has my injections ordered as soon as our meeting is over. Very pleased with him and Mochi.

I am just getting started with Mochi. I really enjoyed my first appointment. The provider was wonderful. Very kind! I was most impressed that I was seen on a holiday with no problem. I am excited for this journey. The staff is excellent, The cost is very affordable. Thanks Mochi!

Over priced and customer service is marginal. Was with for a year but realized that there are other programs with a much better value. When calling to discuss the customer service agent was rigid at best. Moving to AltRX. The Mochi membership pricing is not worth it.
