Mochi is one of the best weight loss platforms available! Not only is it more affordable than any other option, but even with the monthly subscription, the cost of medication is significantly lower than elsewhere. What truly sets Mochi apart is their incredible staff from the doctors and nutritionists to the customer service team, everyone is unbelievably helpful, kind, and professional. Their support makes all the difference. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Highly recommend!

Mochi has been a life saver for me. They understand obesity and that just eating healthy and lifestyle changes do not always work. I started on their compound medication and lost over 70lbs since I started. I had been pre diabetic for over 30 years and now I am not. My last round of blood work everything was within normal limits for the 1st time in 30+ years. Alicia Griffin is my Dr and she is wonderful. She listens to me and my concerns. I would recommend Mochi and Alicia Griffin 1000%. Thank you Mochi!!!!

Nice that the process is online, however no one really explains the entire process thoroughly, so unless you specifically ask how you’re supposed to get your next dose and how early you can request a refill, you’ll definitely miss doses. I’m going on two weeks without (and yes I’m still having to pay the monthly fee). Their website is very plain and requesting help/messaging for assistance leaves much to be desired.

Dr Nick very thorough, kind, and understanding about my loss of insurance overage of Zepbound. Tricare for Life has cancelled all weight loss drugs for all seniors with only 25 days notice. I had just received approval of my prior authorization till August 2025. I am so very thankful that I have Mochi to help me. I have lost 82 lbs. since September 2024 and now will be able to continue to my goal and not gain it back. Thank you Mochi!!!

Mochi has been absolutely wonderful for me, my provider has been very thorough in my appointments with her. I was part of the pharmacy debacle but everything has smoothed out for me. If you are considering taking the leap my advice is do it, you won't be disappointed!

Provider and nutritionist were Informative, helpful, and personable. Prior Authorization staff not as much. I provided all my prior PA records, medical information, and the associate who was assigned to work my case simply told me I didn’t have coverage and could move to another GLP-1.

The staff were very accommodating with the telehealth visit. I felt heard and am working with someone who wants to help me keep my health as a top priority. I am excited to receive my medication and see the difference in my body.
