Had to switch providers and they were reasonably priced. I was hoping to lose another 15-20 pounds since I did so well prior to Mochi. Well so far I’ve gained 3 pounds. I wouldn’t have given them a negative review but when I cancelled… I didn’t really cancel (wink wink). They stopped all communication but still charged me. Now it’s Christmas and I’m scratching to find money for my kids’ gifts but I sure don’t have my secret Mochi funds. I wish I hadn’t stuck up for them …

Update 10/22/25: I continue to receive excellent care through the Mochi team. They are very diligent to offer great options for my weight loss plans while making sure that everything is going right on cue. The nutritionist also suggested some supplement options along the way and, the doctor, when getting the new Rx together also included with it the B-12 for the anti-fatigue boost. Previously: I've been so impressed by the staff of Mochi, they really seem to understand the dynamics that life has dealt with me -- the after effects I've had with the bariatric surgery 9 years ago insofar as being able to tolerate certain foods and my dentures saga limiting me even more. When I talked with the nutritionist on staff she was so accepting of my current diet and tweaked it a bit (not asking me to eat things that I can't even think about eating), just more food than I'm used to in order to help with the building up the metabolism. The doctor was equally impressive and so easy to talk to to come up with the best plan for me. It's been definitely a good choice to come here.

**** WARNING*** They are bad! I am not a competitor or bot. They require payment before full disclosure. I did so and then got the details. 20 minutes later I reached out and asked to cancel my membership, the operator agreed and confirmed with an email. 8 days later, I don't have a refund. I called and the snippy lady told me it's under review. I explained the details and the confirmation, she copped an attitude, which indicates she's used to these calls, and I ended the call. Just called my credit card company to refund. If this is how they behave at the beginning, imagine how it will be once you are all in. Now I'm asking myself, "if they care this little , what is the quality of what they are selling?","is this just a hit and run operation?" I'm mad! They have successfully turned a real customer, who could use their service, into an adversary. Mochi, I will now dedicate 30 minutes every week to sharing my experience on every platform possible. As you will see, this is my first negative review. I'm not a serial complainer seeking attention. I've attached the confirmation of cancellation.

I've been with Mochi for over a year and a half, and it’s been such a positive experience. My doctor and nutritionist have both been supportive, patient, and knowledgeable, and I’ve really appreciated their guidance. The company itself is easy to work with, and my medications always arrive on time as promised. I highly recommend them for both the quality of care and the reliability of their service.

Dr Recupero helped me determine my dosage, and convinced me to stay on the dose I'm taking, since my weight-loss journey is going very well. She also helped me with a side-effect I was having, and told me to take extra of what I was taking for it. She also says I can call anytime, with anything.

I love Mochi! Even when they are experiencing issues, they always keep us well informed, and they have always fixed any problem I was having. I also love my doctor, Clete Barrick. He is a positive influence and has helped me reach my weight loss goal!

My husband has been using Mochi for about a year. Their doc made an error and sent a script for the wrong medication and charged our account twice what we typically pay. They agreed they made an error but refuse to refund us the money!!! We will be suing them!

I received my first order and it was bad it had been exposed to heat so had to throw it away like they told me . They replaced it 4 times because of this . I never got to start my journey to lose weight . I asked for them to cancel my membership and refund me they have refused to refund me. That is bad business.

Please do your research before signing up for Mochi Health. Their primary partner compounding pharmacy (Aequita) has been under serious state investigation following whistleblower reports. Documented issues include severe quality control failures, expired medication, unsanitary conditions, and the alleged use of unlicensed workers to package weight-loss medications. Very shady company. Do not give up your billing information. After quitting the company, they went right ahead and charged me for additional fees. I wrote back and reminded them that I had quit and received a feeble response about how a 24hour "non existent window" had passed. Please note there were no additional services rendered to me. Sleezy, and I will update my complaint on BBB.
